Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na Analista Contas Médicas/Central de Autorização Pós-Pré, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a negociação e o acompanhamento das autorizações de internações eletivas, cirurgias eletivas e de urgência, bem como dos materiais necessários, junto às Operadoras de Saúde.Manter interface contínua com consultórios médicos para obtenção e envio das documentações exigidas pelas Operadoras durante o processo de autorização.Receber, conferir, preparar e encaminhar a documentação necessária para solicitação de autorizações, incluindo relatórios médicos, laudos de exames e cotações de materiais.Orientar pacientes e responsáveis quanto aos fluxos e prazos relacionados às autorizações de internação e procedimentos.Efetuar follow-up junto às Operadoras de Saúde, acompanhando e cobrando o retorno das solicitações de autorização.Analisar e validar as respostas emitidas pelas Operadoras (guias, senhas e autorizações), confrontando as informações liberadas com as solicitações médicas, valores negociados e quantidades de materiais.Garantir a conformidade das liberações de acordo com os acordos operacionais estabelecidos entre a Unidade SL Itaim e as Operadoras de Saúde.Atuar como intermediador entre médicos, pacientes e Operadoras nos casos de divergências, pendências documentais, ausência de autorização prévia ou necessidade de remarcação de procedimentos.Comunicar e orientar médicos e pacientes em situações de negativas de autorização, avaliando alternativas como atendimento particular ou cancelamento da reserva.Informar médicos e pacientes sobre liberações parciais de materiais, comunicando itens não autorizados e os respectivos custos quando houver necessidade de utilização.Assegurar o fechamento de todas as reservas na véspera da internação (D-1), prevenindo pendências que possam impactar o atendimento.Manter o histórico das reservas permanentemente atualizado, registrando negociações, anexando documentos e garantindo a rastreabilidade do processo de internação e autorização.Comunicar à Central de Reservas quaisquer remarcações, cancelamentos ou alterações relacionadas às internações e procedimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação; Ensino Médio CompletoExperiência. - Desejável experiência 1 ano em Central de Autorizações Hospitalares.Informações adicionaisOportunidades na unidade Vila Nova StarTrabalhamos com diferentes escalas (diurno), alinhadas à sua disponibilidade;Oferecemos treinamento inicial em horário comercial — é importante ter disponibilidade para essa etapa.Aqui você encontra um pacote de benefícios pensado para o seu bem-estar e desenvolvimento:🏥 Assistência médica (extensivo a dependentes);😁 Assistência odontológica (extensivo a dependentes);🍽️ Vale Refeição;🍽️ Vale Alimentação;🎯 Clube de Parcerias Rede D'Or (descontos e vantagens exclusivas);🛡️ Seguro de vida;🤝 Convênios com empresas parceiras;📚 Acesso aos treinamentos da Academia Rede D'Or (desenvolvimento contínuo);💰 Bônus por resultados (conforme atingimento e elegibilidade).
