Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e executar análises físico-químicas atreladas ao programa de Validação de Limpeza do laboratório de CQ para produtos de formas farmacêuticas sólidas orais.Executar amostragens (técnicas de swab e enxágue) e análises de resíduos analíticos/detergentes e contaminação cruzada.Avaliar e calcular limites aceitáveis de resíduos (ex.: limites de dose/MACO, ADE/PDE) conforme critérios regulatórios.Conduzir e executar análises para a transferência de metodologias analíticas.Elaborar e/ou revisar protocolos e relatórios de transferência analítica com base em estatística aplicada e diretrizes vigentes.Garantir a aderência estrita às diretrizes de BPF, BPL e BPD em todas as rotinas analíticas e preenchimentos de diários de bordo e cadernos analíticos.Investigar resultados fora de especificação, fora de tendência e desvios analíticos relacionados à Validação de Limpeza e Transferência Métodológica, propondo CAPAs eficazes.Elaborar e revisar Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), especificações analíticas e métodos de análise.Suportar auditorias internas e externas (ANVISA, órgãos internacionais e clientes) fornecendo subsídios técnicos da área.Prestar suporte técnico e orientar analistas de nível Jr. e Pleno no cumprimento das atividades do setor.Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Farmácia, Bioquímica, Engenharia Química ou Química.Pós-Graduação ou MBA na área de atuação (Qualidade, Validação, Processos Farmacêuticos ou afins).Domínio de Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF/GMP), Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL/GLP), Boas Práticas de Documentação (BPD) e legislações sanitárias aplicáveis da ANVISA.Domínio em controle de qualidade físico-químico, com sólidos conhecimentos operacionais e teóricos em cromatografia (HPLC/CG) e espectrofotometria (UV/Vis, FT-IR).Conhecimento em desenvolvimento e validação de metodologias analíticas aplicadas a amostras de validação de limpeza (swab e enxágue).Aplicação de estatística voltada para dados laboratoriais e critérios de aceitação de validação.Pacote Office e vivência com softwares de gestão integrada (SAP, SE - SoftExpert).
