Responsável por garantir o abastecimento de materiais, insumos e serviços necessários ao funcionamento da unidade, por meio da gestão de estoque, compras, inventários e controle patrimonial. Atuar como facilitador de informática na unidade e apoiar a supervisão administrativa nas rotinas, controles e processos da área administrativa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão do recebimento, conferência, armazenamento e distribuição de materiais, insumos e peças, assegurando a integridade dos itens e a conformidade dos registros.Monitorar e controlar os níveis de estoque, garantindo a reposição de materiais conforme políticas internas e necessidades da operação.Planejar, executar e acompanhar inventários periódicos, analisando divergências e promovendo ações corretivas para garantir a acuracidade dos estoques.Realizar cotações, compras e acompanhamento da execução de serviços, em conformidade com as políticas e procedimentos corporativos.Efetuar requisições de compras de bens patrimoniais, bem como controlar a alocação, movimentação e inventário dos ativos da unidade.Atuar como facilitador de Tecnologia da Informação, prestando suporte aos usuários, realizando interface com a área corporativa de TI e mantendo atualizados os cadastros dos equipamentos tecnológicos da unidade.Apoiar os setores na gestão e controle de contratos de prestadores de serviços, assegurando a organização e atualização da documentação necessária.Elaborar e atualizar planilhas, relatórios, indicadores e apresentações relacionadas às atividades administrativas da unidade.Apoiar a supervisão administrativa na elaboração, acompanhamento e controle do orçamento anual da unidade.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos administrativos, assegurando o cumprimento das normas, políticas e procedimentos da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em andamento/completa em Administração ou áreas afins;Pós-Graduação na área será um diferencial;Desejável experiência na função.Domínio do Pacote Office.Capacidade analítica, organização e atenção aos detalhes.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Fortaleza - CEHorário: 07:00 às 17:00h Na Aurora Coop você receberá os benefícios de:Plano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoSeguro de VidaParticipação por Resultados - PPRPremiação por Tempo de ServiçoVale TransporteVale RefeiçãoVale Alimentação
