Buscamos um(a) Analista de Controle Numerário I para atuar em atividades operacionais e analíticas relacionadas à conciliação e controle de numerário, com foco em projetos de terceirização junto a instituições financeiras.Essa pessoa atuará em parceria com analistas plenos, com acompanhamento próximo, executando rotinas estruturadas, seguindo procedimentos definidos e reportando informações a bancos, fornecedores e áreas internas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar a conciliação de saldos de numerário, equipamentos e custódiasConferir informações entre sistemas, relatórios e planilhasApoiar o acompanhamento, tratamento e reporte de divergências junto a analistas plenosRealizar comunicação básica com áreas internas, bancos e fornecedoresSeguir procedimentos, instruções operacionais e prazos definidos, escalonando situações fora de alçada

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior cursando ou completo em: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Ciências Econômicas, Matemática e afinsConhecimentos: Excel e Pacote Office em nível intermediário a avançadoNoções ou vivência em: Conciliação bancária ou de saldos, tesouraria, controle financeiro, contas a pagar / receber, controle de estoque ou ativosHabilidades: Atenção a detalhes, organização e disciplina, capacidade analítica, responsabilidade com prazos, boa comunicação escrita, especialmente para reportes a clientes, facilidade para seguir processos e padrões e conforto com rotinas e atividades repetitivas
