Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos buscando um(a) Analista COR Júnior para atuar no desenvolvimento das seguintes atividades:Realizar o monitoramento em tempo integral das solicitações e alertas dos ativos e clientes, oriundas do monitoramento online, e-mail e telefonemas;Realizar a abertura de tickets para os atendimentos de manutenções corretivas emergenciais e de suportes técnicos;Oferecer informações sobre os serviços prestados pela green4t, receber reclamações, críticas e solicitações oriundas de nossos clientes;Realizar suporte local e remoto ao funcionário menos experiente de forma a seguir os parâmetros estabelecidos no contrato;Ministrar treinamentos específicos da área e suas ferramentas aos clientes internos e externos;Oferecer suporte ao Coordenador nos processos referente o registro e gestão de manutenções corretivas emergenciais via sistema de gestão;Realizar abertura de chamados para os alarmes capturados no sistema de monitoramento online dos sites de nossos clientes;Acionar Técnicos e Programadores para atendimento as ocorrências capturadas pelos sistemas de monitoramento e solicitações dos clientes;Escalar para liderança conforme fluxos de comunicação as situações de incidentes;Controlar SLA de acordo com cada cliente e comunicar para liderança quando ultrapassar os limites pré-estabelecidos;Realizar planejamento e controle dos Comitês de Incidentes e Requisição de Mudança, bem como toda formalização dos processos no Sistema de Gestão Integrada;Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara esta posição, é necessário:Formação Técnica em Mecânica, Elétrica ou Superior cursando em Engenharia ou afins;Pacote Office avançado;Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:
