Buscamos um (a) Analista Corporativo de EHS [Projeto para 12 meses] para atuar em Jandira/SP em regime de contrato PJ por 12 meses.Procuramos talentos que amam o que fazem, proativos, que buscam novos conhecimentos e alinhado com o nosso propósito: "Transformar pessoas e organizações através da cultura de planejamento".Inscreva-se e venha fazer parte do time Planit!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar, analisar e consolidar indicadores de EHS, garantindo a qualidade das informações, análise crítica e reporte periódico à liderança e áreas corporativas, bem como estruturar reuniões mensais de resultados;Realizar a gestão de planos de ação oriundos de auditorias, inspeções, análises de risco, incidentes, programas corporativos e requisitos legais, monitorando prazos, responsáveis e efetividade;Prestar suporte técnico às unidades nos sistemas corporativos de EHS (indicadores, incidentes, auditorias, requisitos legais, treinamentos, entre outros);Gerenciar e acompanhar o atendimento aos requisitos legais aplicáveis (Segurança do Trabalho, Saúde Ocupacional e Meio Ambiente), apoiando as unidades na implementação e manutenção da conformidade;Apoiar e participar de auditorias internas e externas, diagnósticos, avaliações de conformidade legal e programas corporativos de EHS;Apoiar a investigação de incidentes, acidentes e quase acidentes, garantindo análise de causas, definição de ações corretivas e preventivas e disseminação de lições aprendidas registrando em sistema;Contribuir para o desenvolvimento, revisão e padronização de procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e diretrizes corporativas de EHS;Atuar como ponto focal corporativo para temas de EHS junto aos CD’s, promovendo alinhamento, padronização e cultura preventiva;Apoiar programas de treinamento, campanhas e ações de conscientização, fortalecendo a cultura de segurança e sustentabilidade;Interface com as áreas internas (Operações, RH, Engenharia, Facilities, Jurídico, Compliance) e fornecedores externos quando necessário;Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, inovação e padronização de processos de EHS voltados à operação logística.Avaliação de atividades especiais ocorridas em cada local, garantindo plena segurança aos envolvidos.Verificar o cumprimento das normas regulamentares de segurança e procedimentos internos da Cia;Estar presente junto ao time operacional provendo suporte técnico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica completa em Segurança do Trabalho, com registro profissional ativo;Sólidos conhecimentos em legislação trabalhista, normas regulamentadoras (NRs) e legislação ambiental aplicável;Experiência na gestão de indicadores de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (SSMA), condução de auditorias e elaboração de planos de ação;Vivência na realização de treinamentos, campanhas de conscientização e programas de prevenção de acidentes;Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel para análise e controle de indicadores;Disponibilidade para viagens de curta duração para acompanhamento e visitas aos Centros de Distribuição (CDs);Residir em Jandira/SP ou regiões próximas.Informações adicionaisContratação: PJPrazo: 12 mesesLocal de atuação: Jandira/SPAlimentação no refeitório do projeto (sem descontos aplicados);Capacitação Profissional / Treinamentos (após 1 ano).Clude Saúde Consultas de Telemedicina com Clínico Geral (Uso ilimitado);Programa de prevenção de doenças graves;Consulta de Telepsicologia (Duas consultas gratuitas ao mês e R$50,00 por consulta adicional);Programa de nutrição e fitness ;Programa de saúde emocional;Consulta de Telenutrição (1 consulta por mês + Acompanhamento via Chat);Acesso a serviços de saúde com descontos;Orientação médica via telefone 24h por dia, 7 dias por semana;Descontos em medicamentos (desconto de até 80% em farmácias; Droga Raia e Drogasil, Drogaria SP e Drogaria Pacheco, Pague Menos e outras). Parcerias:Parceria com plataforma de ensino de idiomas (Open English);Parceria com Movida;Parceria com Udemy.
