Responsável pela preparação de informações e análises de custos diversas que auxiliam na tomada das decisões gerenciais, financeiras e operacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Preparar os relatórios das provisões contábeis a serem realizadas no fechamento de mês, mediante análise de informações e contabilização dos valores calculados. Preparar o mapa de localização de custos para formação do custo hora do mês e geração dos cálculos dos custos dos produtos, após análise das variações de custos e correção de erros identificados. Atualizar as informações de capital spend (aquisição de ativo fixo) no sistema e acompanhar o processo de novos investimentos desde a solicitação até a finalização dos mesmos, acompanhando os gastos de cada projeto versus os valores aprovados. Realizar as conciliações contábeis no sistema e identificar possíveis diferenças, a partir do levantamento e organização da documentação suporte de cada conta contábil a ser conciliada. Fazer análises e realizar testes para revisar a acuracidade de controles internos, mediante a análise das documentações levantadas para as amostras selecionadas. Gerar relatórios diários para controle de estoque e vendas. Conciliar diariamente as diferenças de estoque, controlar as entradas de imobilizado, ferramentas pagas pelo cliente e ativos em andamento durante o mês. Participar do fechamento do mês com provisões, análise de estoque, vendas, ativos e passivos. Participar de cotações, cadastros de preços de vendas, análise de custos por cliente, análise de melhorias de processos, visando redução no processo para redução de custo de produção, constituição e baixa da provisão de slow moving / obsoletos e vendas não entregues. Elaborar e analisar mensal de estudos de margem, elaboração e análise trimestral - LCM e inventários cíclicos. Realizar análises de custos diversas, tais como análises de savings, análises de margens, cálculos de transfer price, análise de erros de custos, análise e acompanhamento de investimentos e despesas operacionais (vendas, resultados, estoques, ativos, ferramentais, investimentos). Auxiliar no processo de fechamento de mês a partir da realização de cálculos e contabilização das provisões mensais. Realizar cotação de novos negócios ou estudos de melhoria. Realizar estudos de viabilidade econômica dos clientes para análise da gerência e corporação (BR/USA).

Requisitos e qualificações

Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis ou Economia. Experiência com Rotinas de custos industriais/ manufatura. Inglês Intermediário. Excel avançado. Desejável conhecimento Oracle EBS/ Sistema HFM. Desejável conhecimento de Power BI. 4 anos na função.

Conhecimento em custeio de material, cálculo de taxa hora, análise de estrutura de produto, análise de roteiro de produção, análise de Material/Labor/Bourden, controle de ordens de produção, SOX / atendimento às auditorias.
