Vem crescer com a gente!#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorp #VemPraFreiosControilResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista da Garantia, suas responsabilidades serão:1.Realizar a conferência dos volumes e itens de garantia recebidos, comparando-os com a nota fiscal apresentada; em caso de divergências, executar astratativas necessárias para regularização; 2. Contatar o cliente quando identificadas inconsistências, solicitando o cancelamento ou correção da nota fiscal, conforme aplicável; 3. Efetuar o recebimento físico dos itens devolvidos em garantia, realizando a separação, identificação e destinação adequada (ex: sucata); 4. Realizar a análise técnica das peças recebidas, avaliando a procedência ou improcedência da garantia, registrando os resultados em planilhas e relatóriosde controle; 5. Acompanhar a emissão de laudos técnicos dos itens devolvidos em garantia, garantindo a conformidade das informações; 6. Registrar no sistema as notas fiscais de garantia e realizar a geração das autorizações de pagamento, conforme procedimento interno; 7. Emitir e enviar autorizações de coleta (Correios ou transportadora) aos clientes, bem como conduzir demais tratativas necessárias para o envio e retorno depeças; 8. Cumprir as normas e procedimentos de segurança do trabalho e qualidade, zelando também pela organização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara concorrer a essa vaga, é necessário ter o seguinte requisito:Graduação concluída ou em andamento em Administração de Empresas, Engenharias ou demais graduações que atendam ao escopo da vaga;Excel Intermediário;Atendimento ao cliente;Domínio dos processos de garantia;Conhecimento técnico dos produtos.Desejável:Experiência na área da qualidade e garantia, preferencialmente no segmento automotivo;Cursos de aperfeiçoamento como SENAI, SENAC e afins.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Alimentação, com Refeitório na empresa;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Previdência Privada;PPR;Associação Empresarial;Prêmio Assiduidade;Estacionamento privado.Horário de Trabalho:Turno: ADM - Segunda a quinta-feira 7h30 às 17h10, sexta-feira 7h30 às 16h10
