Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a implementação, manutenção e monitoramento do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade e das práticas relacionadas à Segurança do Paciente.Mapear, analisar e acompanhar processos, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria nas áreas assistenciais, administrativas e de apoio.Identificar, analisar e acompanhar não conformidades, incidentes e eventos relacionados à segurança do paciente, contribuindo para a definição e acompanhamento de ações corretivas e preventivas.Realizar auditorias internas e visitas às áreas, avaliando a conformidade dos processos, protocolos, procedimentos e requisitos institucionais e regulatórios.Apoiar auditorias externas, visitas técnicas, processos de acreditação e demandas relacionadas aos órgãos reguladores, incluindo requisitos da ANVISA.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de qualidade, segurança, processos e desempenho, elaborando relatórios, gráficos e apresentações gerenciais.Apoiar a elaboração, revisão, atualização e controle de documentos institucionais, como políticas, protocolos, procedimentos e planos de ação.Participar e apoiar as atividades do Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente, comissões, comitês e demais fóruns institucionais relacionados à qualidade e segurança.Desenvolver e apoiar treinamentos, orientações e ações educativas voltadas à qualidade, segurança do paciente, processos, protocolos e normas institucionais.Promover e disseminar a cultura da qualidade, segurança do paciente e melhoria contínua junto às equipes.Acompanhar planos de ação, verificando prazos, execução, efetividade e encerramento das ações.Apoiar a Coordenação da área com informações, análises e dados para subsidiar a tomada de decisão.Identificar e comunicar desvios, riscos, irregularidades e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos institucionais.Manter-se atualizado quanto às legislações, normas, metodologias e boas práticas relacionadas à Gestão da Qualidade, Segurança do Paciente e Gestão de Riscos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Enfermagem, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas à Gestão da Saúde e Gestão da Qualidade;Experiência profissional na área de Gestão da Qualidade, Gestão Hospitalar, Segurança do Paciente, Auditoria ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento em Gestão da Qualidade, Gestão de Riscos e Segurança do Paciente;Conhecimento em mapeamento e melhoria de processos;Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho e análise de dados;Conhecimento em elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação, não conformidades e auditorias;Conhecimento das principais normas, legislações e requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis à área hospitalar e à Segurança do Paciente;Habilidade para elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e indicadores gerenciais;Boa comunicação, organização, capacidade analítica e facilidade para atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas e equipes.DiferenciaisExperiência com o sistema Interact;Formação ou conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial (IA) aplicada às atividades profissionais;Experiência em processos de acreditação hospitalar;Experiência com auditorias internas e externas;Vivência em Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente (NSP), comissões ou comitês hospitalares.
