Responsável por analisar, interpretar e organizar os dados coletados internamente e de mercado com objetivo de gerar insights estratégicos de dados que apoiem a tomada de decisão, a identificação de oportunidades do negócio saneamento, o entendimento do comportamento do mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesColetar e tratar dados provenientes de fontes internas e externas resultantes de pesquisas e bases públicas, organizando e/ou compilando as informações e detalhes que influenciam nos processos dos negócios desejado da companhia; Realizar análises estatísticas e preditivas para identificar tendência, padrões de comportamento e oportunidades de crescimento para o negócio, observando as regras e normas definidas pela companhia; Elaborar dashboards, relatórios e apresentações com indicadores-chave de desempenho do negócio saneamento (KPI’s); Apoiar as áreas de Marketing, Vendas e Produtos para definição de estratégias com informações e análises relevantes para o negócio; Monitorar e analisar ações da concorrência, movimentações de mercado e mudanças regulatórias que possam impactar o negócio; Atuar em conjunto com equipes de tecnologia e BI – Business Intelligence para automatização de relatórios e integração de bases de dados relevantes para o negócio; Desenvolver modelos analíticos para segmentação de clientes, precificação, performance comercial entre outros; Participar de projetos de inteligências competitiva, benchmarking e expansão de mercado para o segmento de saneamento.  Cumprir políticas, procedimentos e padrões estabelecidos pelo sistema de gestão específico, utilizando equipamentos preventivos, observando normas e procedimentos regulamentares, reportando desvios e propondo correções de atos inseguros, de modo acontribuir para a implementação e manutenção dos preceitos normativos, legais e atos que regem o *SGI; Participar dos eventos internos, campanhas, treinamentos ligados ao *SGI; Executar outras tarefas correlatas, conforme orientação e solicitação de seu superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade mínima: Formação em ensino superior na disciplina de Economia, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Engenharia de Dados, Matemática ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação e cursos de especializações em Data Science e conhecimentos específicos sobre regulação, análise de mercado e BI – Business Intelligence são desejáveis. Capacitação contínua em cursos da EVG – Escola Virtual do Governo, Workshops sobre tecnologias emergentes como IA e outros.Competências técnicas: Experiência em programação e ferramentas de análise, tecnologias como: Python (bibliotecas Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib para manipulação e visualização de dados e SQL para consultas e manipulação de banco de dados são itens diferenciais, ferramentas de BI – Business Intelligence para criação de dashboards interativos e visualizações de painéis de controle, ferramentas de Geoprocessamento como Google Earth Studio, ArcGis entre outros, Excel avançado para análises estatísticas e geração de relatórios e R para análises estatísticas avançadas, essencial conhecimentos específicos sobre sistemas de informação sobre saneamento, domínio do SNIS (Sistema Nacional de Informações sobre Saneamento), Indicadores de performance, legislação sobre Politica Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos e marcos regulatórios e entendimento da cadeia de coleta, tratamento e destinação de resíduos. Inglês fluente (idioma espanhol é um diferencial).Perfil Comportamental: Pensamento estratégico, inteligência emocional, analítica e comprometimento, orientação para relações empresariais, comunicação e escuta ativa, curiosidade, raciocínio lógico, orientação para resultados, adaptabilidade, visão sistêmica.Experiência prévia: Experiência de 2 a 4 anos ou mais em análise de dados sobre setores regulados e conhecimento do setor público quanto a compreensão de processos licitatórios e regulatórios.Equipes e vinculação hierárquica: Reporte ao Superintendente de Assuntos Regulatórios, sem exercício de gestão a outros profissionais da área de atuação.Condições Específicas: Atuar em ambiente de escritório, com eventual deslocamento para visitas as unidades da empresa, concorrentes e clientes.Informações adicionais• Assistência Médica • Assistência Odontológica • Auxílio Academia • Auxílio Farmácia • Cesta de Natal • Seguro de Vida• Vale-Refeição ou Alimentação • Vale-Transporte
