Responsável por coletar, processar e analisar grandes volumes de dados empresariais, extraindo insights estratégicos para apoiar na tomada de decisões. Atua no desenvolvimento e manutenção de pipelines de dados eficientes, na criação de relatórios e dashboards interativos, e na colaboração com diferentes equipes e departamentos para entender suas necessidades e fornecer soluções personalizadas. Garante a qualidade, integridade e governança dos dados, identificando oportunidades de otimização, automação de processos analíticos e implementação de boas práticas em gestão de dados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na composição e atualização dos indicadores da empresa a serem desenvolvidos e implantados.Auxiliar na expansão do uso da ciência de dados, projetando soluções baseadas nas necessidades e problemas do segmento de distribuição de combustíveis.Apoiar a equipe em problemas de média complexidade com análises, dashboards e desenvolvimento de algoritmos voltados para o negócio.Aplicar técnicas avançadas de Analytics e desenvolver algoritmos e códigos voltados para soluções de negócios estratégicos.Realizar análises estatísticas para controle de informações e tomada de decisões baseadas em dados.Acompanhar e atualizar os indicadores de desempenho da empresa, monitorando KPIs via Sistema ERP.Levantar dados, gerar relatórios e apresentações gerenciais, zelando pela atualização e precisão dos métodos e processos de trabalho.Desenvolver gráficos comparativos para medir e comparar a performance das unidades da empresa.Monitorar dados relevantes de desempenho das unidades, avaliando tendências e probabilidades de cada indicador.Emitir alertas visuais e por e-mail em caso de discrepâncias significativas nos dados.Analisar o desempenho organizacional e a performance das equipes de cada setor, sugerindo ações corretivas quando necessário.Gerar relatórios e quadros demonstrativos para avaliação do processo de cada departamento, identificando variações e tendências para tomada de providências.Encaminhar indicadores para avaliação de gestores, destacando inconsistências ou desvios e cobrando ações corretivas.Acompanhar planos de ação definidos no planejamento estratégico e atualizar os resultados conforme os KPIs estabelecidos, consolidando informações econômico-financeiras.Elaborar apresentações para Diretoria, Gerência e Supervisão, com resultados obtidos frente ao planejado, destacando a evolução histórica e projeções futuras.Desenvolver estudos de cenários econômicos globais e simulações de resultados de longo prazo para testar hipóteses de planejamento.Elaborar e atualizar relatórios diversos de gestão estratégica, compilando dados conforme solicitações de Diretores, Gerentes e Supervisores.Coletar dados, elaborar planilhas e gráficos, emitindo relatórios com informações detalhadas para acompanhamento e análise gerencial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo.
