Responsabilidades e atribuições Quais serão as responsabilidades e desafios? 📝Recepcionar, incluir e manter atualizado o pedido de vendas no Sistema SAP.Administrar a carteira de pedidos dos Executivos de Contas e/ou Representantes, realizando o acompanhamento diário, follow-up com as áreas de apoio e sinalizando eventuais dificuldades ou atrasos que possam impactar o atendimento ao cliente;Participar das reuniões semanais de S&OE e dos alinhamentos financeiros, reportando ao time de Vendas possíveis impactos relacionados à produção, pagamentos e prazos de entrega;Manter os Executivos de Contas atualizados por meio de e-mails, planilhas e controles, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões e identificação de oportunidades de vendas;Solicitar e acompanhar o cadastro de novos clientes, garantindo o preenchimento correto das informações e a conclusão do processo pelas áreas Financeira, Contábil e Fiscal;Administrar as solicitações de envio de amostras da área Comercial, desde o lançamento do pedido no sistema até a disponibilidade, envio e entrega ao cliente;Registrar e acompanhar as reclamações de clientes, realizando a interface com as áreas de Qualidade e Comercial e acompanhando os retornos até a conclusão do atendimento;Apoiar o Executivo de Contas nas alterações de prazo de entrega, quantidades, forma de envio e demais demandas comerciais, garantindo o alinhamento com as áreas internas e mantendo o cliente informado ao longo do processo;Contribuir para uma experiência positiva do cliente junto à Adeste, promovendo agilidade, organização e integração entre as áreas envolvidas no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que iremos avaliar?🔎Experiência com Atendimento ao Cliente;Conhecimento básico no pacote office, ênfase em Excel;Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas;Idiomas: Inglês intermediário e Espanhol básico;Conhecimento do sistema SAP será um diferencial.
