Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na célula de Estratégia e Performance Comercial, contribuindo diretamente para o acompanhamento dos resultados, planejamento e tomada de decisão da área comercial. Essa posição terá forte atuação analítica, estratégica e transversal, conectando o time comercial às demais áreas do negócio para transformar dados e oportunidades em ações que impulsionem resultados e estejam alinhadas à estratégia da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA SUA ROTINA INCLUI:Acompanhar e analisar os resultados e principais indicadores de performance do time comercial, identificando tendências, oportunidades e pontos de atenção; Elaborar reports e apresentações executivas para a gerência e diretoria, traduzindo resultados em análises e insights relevantes para a tomada de decisão;Atuar no planejamento e acompanhamento da demanda comercial, apoiando a definição de estratégias e prioridades;Analisar a produtividade e eficiência do time comercial, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e evolução de performance;Atuar no alinhamento estratégico com as demais áreas do negócio, direcionando o time comercial na busca por oportunidades e negócios aderentes às prioridades e à estratégia da empresa;Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas operacionais para identificar, estruturar e viabilizar novos negócios, conectando as oportunidades comerciais à capacidade e às necessidades do negócio;Desenvolver análises e estudos ad hoc para apoiar decisões estratégicas e oportunidades comerciais;Apoiar a construção, acompanhamento e evolução de indicadores, processos e rotinas de performance comercial;Atuar como elo entre Comercial, áreas de negócio e Operações, garantindo alinhamento de prioridades e contribuindo para a execução da estratégia.
