Atuar nas rotinas administrativas do Setor de Agregados na Matriz, com foco em gestão de multas, contratos e distratos, criação e acompanhamento de indicadores (KPIs), suporte aos analistas das filiais e alimentação da plataforma Scoreplan — garantindo organização, informação atualizada e suporte de retaguarda para toda a operação de agregados.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir o processo de multas dos agregados: identificação da infração, comunicado formal, emissão de nota de débito/boleto e acompanhamento do pagamento. Elaborar, revisar e formalizar os contratos de agregamento, garantindo conformidade com o modelo padrão do setor. Conduzir o processo de distrato/desagregamento junto aos agregados, incluindo a documentação necessária para a devolução do veículo/implemento. Criar e gerir os indicadores (KPIs) do Setor de Agregados, acompanhando resultados e reportando à coordenação. Prestar suporte administrativo aos analistas das filiais nas demandas do dia a dia, alimentar e manter atualizada a plataforma Scoreplan com os dados da operação de agregados elaborar materiais de apresentação e apoio para reuniões do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando ou com formação superior em logística, administração ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento do pacote Office (Excel e Word) BI, SQL noções de operações de transporte e logística, Protheus, facilidade com sistema de gestão/cadastro. Comunicação escrita e verbal clara e objetiva. Experiência prévia mínima de 6 meses a 1 ano em rotinas administrativas ou operacionais, preferencialmente em logística/transporte. Vivencia com atendimento e relacionamento com fornecedores/parceiros é um diferencial.Familiaridade com plataformas de gestão (ex.: Scoreplan) ou facilidade para aprender novos sistemas. Noções de contratos e rotinas administrativas. Comunicação escrita e verbal clara e objetiva.
