Incentivamos a candidatura de pessoas de todas as identidades e vivências porque equipes plurais constroem um cuidado mais completo, humano e transformador. 📌 Importante: não efetuamos cobranças de taxas em nossos processos seletivos. #CarreiraqueConecta #PaixãoPorCuidar #SouRedeAméricas  Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais AtividadesAnalisar e interpretar dados operacionais de call center e canais digitais, acompanhando indicadores de produtividade, qualidade, conversão, abandono, TMA, volumes e demais KPIs.Desenvolver, manter e evoluir dashboards e relatórios gerenciais em Power BI, garantindo informações claras e confiáveis para acompanhamento da operação e tomada de decisão.Realizar consultas, tratamentos e análises de grandes volumes de dados utilizando Google BigQuery e SQL.Estruturar e automatizar rotinas de extração, transformação e tratamento de dados, utilizando SQL e Python.Garantir a qualidade, consistência e integridade dos dados, identificando divergências e atuando na correção das bases e indicadores.Identificar padrões, tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria, transformando dados em insights e recomendações para o negócio.Apoiar as áreas operacionais na definição e acompanhamento de metas, indicadores e planos de ação.Desenvolver análises voltadas à melhoria dos processos de atendimento e agendamento, contribuindo para eficiência operacional e experiência do paciente.Atuar junto às áreas de negócio no levantamento de necessidades, traduzindo requisitos em análises, indicadores e soluções de dados.Documentar regras de negócio, métricas, fontes de dados e processos analíticos, garantindo maior governança e rastreabilidade das informações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos ObrigatóriosPower BI – desenvolvimento de dashboards, modelagem de dados, DAX e Power Query.Google BigQuery – consultas, manipulação e análise de dados.SQL – nível intermediário/avançado.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisConhecimento em Python para análise e tratamento de dados.Experiência com indicadores de Contact Center/Call Center.Conhecimento em processos de ETL, automação e integração de dados.
