Estamos procurando um(a) Analista Júnior de Prevenção e Combate à Fraude para fazer parte do time Quali. O profissional atuará apoiando as atividades de prevenção, detecção, monitoramento e apuração de possíveis fraudes, contribuindo para a proteção dos processos, clientes e da instituição. O principal desafio será desenvolver conhecimento sobre o tema, analisar indícios de fraude e apoiar a evolução dos controles e monitoramentos da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNesta posição você será responsável por:Apoiar as investigações de indícios de fraudes e irregularidades identificadas pela área;Realizar análises cadastrais, documentais e transacionais, verificando possíveis inconsistências;Auxiliar no monitoramento de alertas e indicadores de prevenção à fraude;Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios, pareceres e registros de investigações;Contribuir para identificação de tendências e padrões relacionados a eventos de fraude;Auxiliar na construção e manutenção de dashboards, controles e bases de dados;Interagir com áreas parceiras para coleta de informações necessárias às análises;Apoiar a apuração de demandas oriundas de canais de denúncia;Participar de reuniões e entrevistas de apuração acompanhados por analistas mais experientes;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, controles e fluxos de prevenção à fraude.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCritérios para candidatura:Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento nas áreas indicadas;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e PowerPoint;Elaboração de relatórios;Conhecimento em prevenção à fraude, compliance, auditoria ou controles internos.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em análise de dados;Conhecimento em Power BI;Experiência prévia em atividades analíticas, auditoria, controles internos ou prevenção à fraude;Cursos ou certificações em prevenção à fraude, compliance ou gestão de riscos.Habilidades e comportamentos que fazem a diferença:Ética, sigilo, senso de responsabilidade e boa capacidade para construir relacionamentos profissionais;Perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e curiosidade investigativa;Organização, gestão de prioridades e proatividade na busca de soluções;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade para trabalho em equipe;Adaptabilidade, resiliência e disposição para aprender diante de novos desafios.Informações adicionaisModelo de Trabalho: Híbrido Local de Trabalho: Sao Paulo/SP
