Tradição e Modernidade são o coração dos nossos negócios.Com a capacidade de antecipar tendências, a JHSF traz soluções inovadoras para os segmentos em que atua, e estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Arquitetura Pleno , dando suporte as áreas de negócio, com propriedade e paixão em cada processo.Venha fazer parte do time e transformar conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtualização e revisão de plantas das lojas e áreas comerciais do shopping.Aprovação e acompanhamento de projetos arquitetônicos das lojas e quiosques, conforme manual técnico e normas de segurança.Desenvolvimento e atualização de fichas técnicas para lojas, com foco em otimização e funcionalidade dos espaços.Realização de vistorias periódicas nas obras das lojas, acompanhando o cronograma e qualidade da execução.Análise e liberação de documentos necessários para a execução das obras e operações comerciais.Elaboração de relatórios de vistoria final para inauguração das lojas, garantindo conformidade com os requisitos do shopping.Proposição de melhorias para otimização de espaços, infraestrutura e operações do shopping.Estudo e análise de novas operações comerciais, visando fortalecer o mix de lojas e atender às demandas do público.Atendimento contínuo aos lojistas e prestadores de serviço, auxiliando em reformas, solicitações e ajustes operacionais.Gestão de eventos e campanhas promocionais, supervisionando montagens e implementações dentro do shopping.Supervisão da instalação de adesivos, tapumes e elementos visuais nas lojas e áreas de eventos, garantindo a padronização visual.Gestão de fornecedores, buscando novas parcerias e otimização de custos em serviços de manutenção e reformas.Solicitação de orçamentos de compra e reforma de mobiliário, buscando as melhores soluções de custo-benefício.Participação nos processos de orçamentação de obras e reformas, com foco na compatibilização de custos e escopo para contratação de fornecedores.Gestão da empresa terceirizada responsável pelo paisagismo, garantindo a qualidade e a execução das atividades .Requisitos e qualificaçõesFacilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar de forma eficiente.Perfil proativo, criativo e focado em soluções inovadoras.Raciocínio lógico apurado e perfil analítico para tomada de decisões.Boa organização e comprometimento com prazos, com capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas.Excelente relacionamento interpessoal, com boas habilidades de oratória e escrita.Graduação completa em Arquitetura.Experiência mínima de 2 anos na área de arquitetura, preferencialmente em ambientes comerciais ou corporativos.Experiência sólida em gestão de projetos e orçamentos.Domínio das ferramentas AutoCAD e SketchUp para desenvolvimento de projetos.Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office, especialmente em Excel, Word e PowerPoint.Será um diferencial caso você tenha:Inglês intermediário,Experiência prévia em Shopping Centers como Arquiteto(a), com forte compreensão dos processos e necessidades do setor.Informações adicionaisNós oferecemos:Parceria com Zenklub - descontos em sessões de terapias;Parceria com Instituições de ensino - descontos em cursos;Plano de Saúde com coparticipação;Plano Odontológico;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Vale Refeição;Totalpas
