Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do cargo Desenvolver e adaptar espaços para a implantação de mercados autônomos e lavanderias em diferentes tipos de condomínios, garantindo padronização visual, viabilidade técnica e agilidade nas entregas, com foco em inovação, escalabilidade e excelência no atendimento aos franqueados e, apoiar nas demandas internas.

Atividades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver os projetos técnicos em Autocad, projetos visuais no SketchUp e renderização no Enscape, garantindo a representação precisa e padronizada dos mercados autônomos e lavanderias, com clareza técnica e visual;Realizar o atendimento aos franqueados através do sistema SAF, garantindo um atendimento personalizado, ágil e claro, alinhado às diretrizes da franqueadora;Gestão operacional no sistemas internos (Pipefy e Trello);Prestar suporte técnico ao time comercial, conferindo informações recebidas, enviando materiais e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre solicitações de projeto;Apoiar a agilidade dos processos internos por meio da criação de materiais técnicos e informativos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Arquitetura e Urbanismo;Domínio em Sketchup;Domínio em AutoCad;Domínio em Pacote Office;Conhecimento em Escape;Desejável habilidade em ferramentas on-line (trello, pipefy, piperun, etc).Informações adicionais📍 Trabalhamos de forma 100% presencial, escritório localizado na região do Juvevê.

Jornada de trabalho: 08h às 17h48 com 1h de almoço (segunda a sexta)
