Buscamos uma Pessoa Assessora Pedagógica Jr para atuar diretamente com escolas parceiras na implantação da plataforma da Árvore. Essa pessoa será responsável por conduzir iniciativas formativas síncronas e assíncronas para professores e alunos, com foco em engajamento, formação leitora e mediação de leitura, além de acompanhar métricas de uso e conectar as ações pedagógicas aos resultados das escolas e da Árvore.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtua nos processos de implantação das plataformas nas escolas promovendo diferentes iniciativas formativas, de modo síncrono e assíncrono;Apoia a jornada das escolas desenvolvendo intervenções para professores e alunos com foco em engajamento; Representa, junto às escolas parceiras, uma referência especializada em Educação, com foco em formação leitora, mediação de leitura e uso de tecnologia como apoio à aprendizagem, adaptando as ações às necessidades de cada segmento escolar;Acompanhamento das métricas de uso (ativação e engajamento) relativas às escolas, com atenção em como impactamos as escolas no desenvolvimento de iniciativas pedagógicas e na relevância deste impacto para os resultados de Árvore;Realizar visitas e viagens com objetivo de melhorar o relacionamento com as mesmas, com aplicações pedagógicas para todos os segmentos escolares. Requisitos e qualificações Graduação em Pedagogia, Linguagens, Educação Licenciaturas e áreas afins;Conhecimento de sala de aula;Conhecimento amplo do universo da educação;Experiência com formação de professores; Implementação de tecnologia na sala de aula.Informações adicionaisSeria muito legal se você também tivesseAtuação em segmentos EFAI/EFAF/EM;Carteira CNH;Inglês intermediário.O que você vai encontrar aqui:Salário compátivel com o mercado;Modelo de contratação CLT;Flexibilidade de horário;Autonomia;Ambiente de trabalho descontraído e agradável;Cultura colaborativa;Auxílio creche;Vale alimentação ou refeição;Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Wellhub;Desconto em universidades e cursos;Ambiente seguro para você ser quem realmente é.
