REALIZAR O ATENDIMENTO INICIAL AOS CLIENTES APÓS A ENTREGA DO EMPREENDIMENTO, POR MEIO DE CONTATO DIRETO (PRESENCIAL, TELEFÔNICO OU DIGITAL), REGISTRANDO AS SOLICITAÇÕES DE ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA NO SISTEMA INTERNO, ESCLARECENDO DÚVIDAS E OFERECENDO SUPORTE, A FIM DE FORNECER UM ATENDIMENTO ÁGIL E EFICIENTE.2. ACOMPANHAR O ANDAMENTO DAS SOLICITAÇÕES SOB SUA RESPONSABILIDADE, MONITORANDO PRAZOS, INTERAGINDO COM A EQUIPE DE CAMPO E FORNECEDORES E MANTENDO O CLIENTE INFORMADO SOBRE O STATUS DO ATENDIMENTO, A FIM DE FORNECER TRANSPARÊNCIA E SATISFAÇÃO NO PROCESSO.3. ELABORAR PLANOS DE AÇÃO PARA ATENDER AS SOLICITAÇÕES, ANALISANDO AS DEMANDAS RECEBIDAS, DETALHANDO AS ATIVIDADES NECESSÁRIAS, DISTRIBUINDO TAREFAS PARA A EQUIPE DE CAMPO E DEFININDO PRAZOS, COM O OBJETIVO DE APOIAR NA RESOLUÇÃO EFICIENTE DOS PROBLEMAS E A QUALIDADE DO SERVIÇO PRESTADO.4. ACOMPANHAR AS TRATATIVAS COM FORNECEDORES, VERIFICANDO O CUMPRIMENTO DOS PRAZOS ESTABELECIDOS E A QUALIDADE DAS CORREÇÕES REALIZADAS, COM O INTUITO DE PRESTAR O ATENDIMENTO ADEQUADO AO CLIENTE.5. REALIZAR O ATENDIMENTO E ANÁLISE TÉCNICA DE SOLICITAÇÕES DE CLIENTES, IDENTIFICANDO E PRIORIZANDO DEMANDAS COM BASE NOS CRITÉRIOS DE GARANTIA E COBERTURA ESTABELECIDOS, REALIZANDO VISTORIAS QUANDO NECESSÁRIO E ENCAMINHANDO AS SOLUÇÕES ADEQUADAS PARA CADA CASO, VISANDO ATENDER ÀS NECESSIDADES DO CLIENTE E MITIGAR PROBLEMAS RECORRENTES.7. PRESTAR SUPORTE À EQUIPE DE CAMPO NA ORIENTAÇÃO SOBRE QUAIS MATERIAIS UTILIZAR, CONTRIBUINDO PARA QUE OS INSUMOS NECESSÁRIOS ESTEJAM DISPONÍVEIS PARA A EXECUÇÃO DAS CORREÇÕES.
