Utilizamos tecnologia, estratégia e foco na experiência do cliente para tornar o mercado de energia mais acessível, transparente e eficiente, oferecendo aos consumidores uma alternativa ao modelo tradicional do setor elétrico.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Atendimento para integrar o time de Experiência do Cliente LUZ.Você será o principal ponto de contato com nossos clientes por meio dos canais de atendimento — garantindo uma experiência positiva em cada interação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento aos clientes por meio dos canais telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e chat, garantindo uma experiência ágil, cordial e eficiente;Esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas a faturas, contratos, migração para o mercado livre de energia e demais serviços oferecidos, realizando interface com a Distribuidora sempre que necessário;Acompanhar solicitações de clientes, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e dos SLAs estabelecidos;Registrar todos os atendimentos e interações no Salesforce, mantendo o histórico atualizado e garantindo a qualidade das informações;Prestar suporte em processos de pós-venda, manutenção de contratos e demais demandas operacionais;Identificar, direcionar e acompanhar casos críticos junto às áreas responsáveis, garantindo a resolução das solicitações;Coletar e compartilhar feedbacks e insights dos clientes, contribuindo para a evolução dos processos, produtos e da experiência do cliente;Atuar de forma consultiva em solicitações de cancelamento, identificando oportunidades de retenção e fidelização dos clientes por meio de negociações e soluções adequadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em call center, SAC ou áreas correlatas;Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco em clareza, objetividade e empatia;Experiência em retenção de clientes e condução de negociações para fidelização;Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e plataformas de atendimento e gestão, como Salesforce, Slack e ClickUp;Capacidade de atender múltiplos clientes simultaneamente, mantendo qualidade, organização e eficiência;Disponibilidade para atuar aos sábados em regime de home office.Diferencial: Experiência no setor de energia, utilities ou segmentos correlatosInformações adicionais Plano de saúde subsidiado pela empresa (sem coparticipação); Seguro de Vida; Vale refeição (sem coparticipação); Vale alimentação (sem coparticipação); Vale transporte; Valorização da saúde e bem-estar | grupo de corrida e/ou ciclismo (EQ Performance);Wellhub;
