Analista de Atendimento I | Customer Experience (CX)Estamos com uma oportunidade para o cargo de Analista de Atendimento I na área de Customer Experience (CX).Se você é uma pessoa proativa, analítica e tem paixão por oferecer um atendimento de qualidade, essa vaga pode ser para você!Como Analista de Atendimento I, você será peça fundamental para garantir a excelência no atendimento e o sucesso da experiência dos nossos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como ponto focal da carteira de clientes, realizando atendimento direto e gestão das demandas;Gerir os processos definidos para o cliente, interagindo com as áreas envolvidas;Elaborar relatórios, indicadores (KPI’s) e controles operacionais;Preparar e apresentar resultados de acordo com as necessidades do cliente;Participar de reuniões com clientes, apoiando na comunicação e alinhamentos;Coletar e analisar informações para tratativa de irregularidades nas entregas;Identificar problemas e propor soluções por meio de planos de ação;Levantar necessidades dos clientes, sugerindo melhorias e adequações nos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTer no mínimo 3 meses de empresa;• Não possuir faltas injustificadas, advertências ou suspensões nos últimos 6 meses;• Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas;• Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e PowerPoint;• Desejável experiência ou conhecimento na área de Logística.
