No Close-up nós trabalhamos com dados, informações e tecnologia para ajudar a transformar a área da saúde!Somos uma empresa de conteúdo e serviços para a indústria farmacêutica e, contribuímos para o conhecimento das tendências do mercado, ajudando com eficiência e transparência a estreitar as relações entre laboratórios e profissionais médicos.Estamos em busca de um ANALISTA DE ATENDIMENTO JR - CRM para nos apoiar!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos profissional para atuar no atendimento e suporte a clientes externos dos segmentos Middle, Small e Micro, garantindo a melhor experiência no uso dos nossos sistemas de CRM e contribuindo para o relacionamento de longo prazo com a carteira.Principais responsabilidades:Prestar atendimento e suporte a clientes externos, assegurando a correta utilização dos sistemas e serviços contratados conforme o perfil de cada cliente (módulos ativos, número de usuários e estrutura de BUs).Participar de reuniões presenciais e remotas com clientes, em conjunto com o Analista de Atendimento responsável, conforme a clusterização (Middle, Small e Micro), garantindo alinhamento, acompanhamento de demandas e qualidade no relacionamento.Monitorar e acompanhar chamados internos por meio das ferramentas Help Desk, Mantis e Redmine, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e fluxos estabelecidos.Aprofundar continuamente o conhecimento nas funcionalidades do CRM Sales Farma (Tablet e Web), nos módulos: Visitação a Médicos, Visitação a PDV e Estabelecimentos, Pedido OL e CLM.Conduzir treinamentos (Tablet e Web) para usuários externos e da matriz nos sistemas:Sales Farma: Visitação a Médicos, Visitação a PDV e Estabelecimentos, Pedido OL e CloseUp Call.Sales Driver: CLM, Treinamento, Coaching e Trilha do Conhecimento.Executar testes e homologação de novas versões dos sistemas Sales Farma e Sales Driver, incluindo testes individuais e integrados, garantindo qualidade e aderência às regras de negócio.Identificar oportunidades de negócio na carteira ativa, apoiando a expansão e a implementação de novos módulos.Apoiar o gestor direto em atividades de back office, contribuindo para a organização, o controle e a eficiência operacional da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando ou formado em Graduação em Sistema de Informações, Tecnologia de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou em áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em atendimento, suporte a sistemas ou CX, preferencialmente em ambiente SaaS.Vivência com ferramentas de chamados (Help Desk, Mantis, Redmine ou similares).Conhecimento do mercado farmacêutico e/ou de CRMs de força de vendas será um diferencial.Boa comunicação, organização e perfil consultivo.Excel e PowerPoint.
