Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos seletivos end-to-end — desde o alinhamento de perfil com gestores até o envio para admissão e integração de novos talentos.Gerenciar demanda de recrutamento de alto volume, mantendo uma média de fechamento entre 40 a 50 vagas/mês.Aplicar metodologias de entrevistas comportamentais, técnicas e por competências, quando necessário.Utilizar diferentes ATSs do mercado (como Gupy, Pandapé, DigAI, PCD Online e LinkedIn Recruiter) para a gestão eficiente do fluxo de candidatos.Realizar as validações jurídicas e checagem de documentos admissionais.Assegurar a governança de dados, mantendo planilhas de controle e relatórios internos atualizados.Monitorar métricas de RH essenciais, como Time to Hire, Time to Fill e LeadTime.Empregar ferramentas de IA generativa para a automação de tarefas operacionais, criação de descrições de vagas e elaboração de respostas padronizadas (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT).Requisitos e qualificações

Obrigatórios:Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia sólida com recrutamento de alto volume, comprovando o fechamento de 40 a 50 vagas mensais e gestão simultânea de 80+ posições.Domínio na utilização de sistemas ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).Familiaridade analítica com indicadores de desempenho de RH (Time to Hire, Time to Fill, LeadTime).Domínio de Excel para controle de relatórios de R&S.Desejáveis:Vivência anterior com recrutamento voltado para o setor de saúde.Conhecimento em PowerBI para construção de dashboards analíticos.Familiaridade prática com inteligência artificial generativa voltada para otimização de processos de recrutamento.
