• Responsável por todo o processo de Atração e Seleção do corporativo e unidades, atraindo e selecionando candidatos aderentes às oportunidades por meio de estratégias e levantamento de dados, atuando em conjunto com clientes internos e levantando todas as informações necessárias para uma contratação eficiente.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Planejar e executar o processo de Atração e seleção de acordo com as demandas da rede e requisitos das vagas em aberto• Validação de descrições de cargos e requisitos para anúncios de vagas• Divulgar oportunidades de emprego em diversos canais, como sites de emprego, redes sociais, universidades e agências de emprego• Triar currículos recebidos e realizar a análise inicial dos candidatos, verificando se atendem aos requisitos básicos da vaga• Realizar entrevistas presenciais ou por videoconferência para avaliar as competências técnicas e comportamentais dos candidatos• Realizar dinâmicas de grupo quando necessário• Apresentar parecer e recomendações aos gestores sobre os candidatos mais qualificados para cada vaga• Realizar processos administrativos, destinados ao tema de atração e seleção• Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências e melhores práticas em atração e seleção, buscando constantemente aprimorar os processos da área• Administrar vagas em alto volume de demanda• Atuar nos processos de ponta-a-ponta, desde o alinhamento com o gestor nos casos de substituição ou aumento de quadro• Fazer apresentações, PPT's em Pacote Office• Fazer a administração de vagas de acordo com o SLA proposta.Requisitos e qualificações• Formação acadêmica em áreas relacionadas• Experiência com atração e seleção em consultorias, varejo, ou hotelaria• Conhecimento em técnicas de entrevista e avaliação de candidatos

Forte domínio no acompanhamento e interpretação de indicadores de R&S (KPIs).

• Domínio do Pacote Office, com facilidade para elaboração de apresentações no PowerPoint e relatórios/planilhas no Excel

  • Conhecimento Desejável nas ferramentas do Google Workspace.
  •  Conhecimento Desejável em Análise de Dados / People Analytics (ex: Excel Avançado, Power BI, visualização de dados ou relatórios preditivos).
