Buscamos um(a) Analista de Atração e Seleção Sênior apaixonado(a) por pessoas, experiência do candidato e desenvolvimento de talentos, que atuará como protagonista na Atração, Seleção e Experiência do candidato para posições corporativas, atuando como um parceiro(a) estratégico junto a BPs e lideranças da matriz. Além disso, liderará programas de Jovens Talentos, fortalecendo o pipeline de sucessão e impulsionando a marca empregadora da Tigre.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir processos seletivos de média e alta complexidade para áreas corporativas e posições estratégicas;Atuar de forma consultiva junto aos gestores na definição de perfil, estratégia de atração e tomada de decisão;Realizar hunting ativo de profissionais em diferentes mercados e segmentos;Garantir a qualidade e a agilidade dos processos seletivos, promovendo uma experiência positiva para candidatos e líderes;Programas especiais de entrada com foco em desenvolvimento de pipeline interno;Construir e fortalecer relacionamento com universidades, instituições de ensino e parceiros estratégicos;Mapear oportunidades de melhoria na experiência dos candidatos e propor soluções;Acompanhar tendências de mercado, ferramentas e práticas de Talent Acquisition;Desenvolver e manter relacionamento estratégico com fornecedores, como consultorias de Executive Search, avaliando indicadores de performance, custo-benefício e aderência às necessidades do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência sólida em recrutamento e seleção de posições corporativas e estratégicas;

Vivência na gestão de programas de Estágio, Trainee ou Jovens Talentos;

Experiência com hunting e estratégias de atração de talentos;

Experiência em gestão de indicadores e análise de dados de recrutamento;

Conhecimento de ferramentas de ATS e plataformas de atração de talentos.
