Objetivo da posiçãoResponsável por auditar e acompanhar os processos operacionais e administrativos dos DIG Hubs,garantindo que atividades, programas, controles e registros estejam em conformidade com osprocedimentos, diretrizes e padrões estabelecidos pela Gerando Falcões. A atuação será próxima àsequipes territoriais, combinando análise de dados e documentos com verificações da operação emcampo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições- Realizar auditorias periódicas nos processos e rotinas dos DIG Hubs;- Verificar o cumprimento de políticas, procedimentos, fluxos e controles internos estabelecidos;- Auditar registros, documentos, sistemas, indicadores e evidências relacionadas à execução dosprogramas;- Avaliar a aderência entre os processos definidos e o que está sendo efetivamente executadopelas equipes;- Realizar auditorias presenciais nos territórios, quando necessário, acompanhando a operaçãona prática;- Identificar falhas de processo, inconsistências, riscos operacionais e possíveis nãoconformidades;- Elaborar relatórios de auditoria com evidências, análises, riscos identificados e planos de ação;- Acompanhar prazos, tratativas e reincidências relacionadas aos apontamentos das auditorias;- Apoiar a criação e revisão de checklists, procedimentos, fluxos e controles internos;- Analisar indicadores operacionais e identificar comportamentos ou resultados que possamsinalizar desvios;- Realizar testes por amostragem em processos, documentos, cadastros e atendimentos;- Apoiar as lideranças dos DIG Hubs na melhoria e padronização dos processos;- Contribuir para a cultura de conformidade, transparência, qualidade e melhoria contínua;- Consolidar informações das auditorias realizadas nos diferentes DIG Hubs, permitindo visãocomparativa da operação e dos principais riscos;- Apoiar a gestão na tomada de decisão por meio de dados, evidências e recomendações demelhoria.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão deProcessos, Gestão da Qualidade, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência e conhecimentos:- Experiência anterior em Auditoria Interna, Controles Internos, Compliance, Gestão de Riscos,Qualidade, Processos ou Operações;- Vivência com análise e mapeamento de processos, conferência de documentos e evidências eidentificação de inconsistências;- Experiência na elaboração de relatórios, registro de não conformidades e acompanhamento deplanos de ação;- Conhecimento de indicadores, análise de dados e Excel; familiaridade com ferramentas degestão e BI será valorizada;- Desejável experiência em operações descentralizadas, com equipes distribuídas em diferentesunidades ou territórios.
