Mas não se engane, não tem moleza; o trabalho é sério: fazemos muito (muito!) e, por isso, aprendemos e evoluímos mais rápido.Queremos criar valor de verdade para a sociedade e para isso vamos mudar a maneira como as pessoas reabastecem seus lares e ainda deixar a cadeia de distribuição mais eficiente.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Analista de Qualidade/Auditoria, apoiando a melhoria dos processos operacionais, o acompanhamento de indicadores e a identificação de oportunidades para aumentar a eficiência, qualidade e padronização da operação.Essa pessoa terá papel importante na análise da rotina logística, auditoria de processos, acompanhamento de não conformidades e construção de planos de ação junto às lideranças operacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesUtilizar IA como ferramenta central de trabalho (especialmente o Claude Cowork) para automatizar análises, estruturar processos e desenvolver soluções de auditoria e melhoria contínua;Padronizar e organizar processos operacionais (picking, packing, fracionamento e demais áreas) garantindo aderência aos POPs e boas práticas;Conduzir análises de causa raiz de desvios operacionais, identificando os principais ofensores por área, turno, processo ou operador;Elaborar reports e análises periódicas para a liderança, apoiando a tomada de decisão;Atuar em parceria com operação, logística, estoque e liderança para garantir melhoria contínua;Mapear gargalos operacionais e acompanhar a execução dos planos de ação e seus impactos nos indicadoresRequisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com auditoria de processos, padronização operacional, qualidade, logística ou áreas relacionadas;Fluência ou forte disposição para usar IA no dia a dia (Claude Cowork, agentes e automações) como principal ferramenta para resolver problemas e acelerar entregas;Raciocínio analítico e lógica de dados — saber estruturar o problema, formular as perguntas certas e validar criticamente os resultados (com ou sem IA);Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Sheets;Facilidade para identificar desvios, analisar causas e propor melhorias;Postura para articular e cobrar diferentes áreas e níveis (do operador à diretoria) na implantação de mudanças de processo;Perfil mão na massa, dinâmico e com foco em melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisExperiência com auditorias operacionais, controle de qualidade, perdas, inventário ou produtividade;Experiência em construção e implantação de POPs e rotinas operacionais;Conhecimento em WMS, ERP ou sistemas de gestão operacional;Vivência com construção de indicadores, planos de ação e melhoria de processos;Ter usado ou desenvolvido projetos com IA — automações, agentes ou ferramentas como o Claude Cowork (grande diferencial).
