Se você se identifica com os desafios propostos, quer se juntar a uma jornada repleta de aprendizados e está cheio de energia, essa vaga é para você!!!Aqui nossa cultura reflete como agimos, nossos valores definem quem somos e nossos objetivos o que alcançaremos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar inicialmente na apuração do faturamento de vendas e aluguel variável, analisando as informações reportadas pelas lojas e os dados de auditoria, contribuindo para a identificação de divergências e para a correta apuração dos valores a faturar;Apoiar, inicialmente, o contato com lojistas em casos de divergências de vendas, solicitando informações e documentos complementares e contribuindo para a regularização dos dados e eventuais acordos comerciais;Participar da seleção mensal de lojas para auditoria, em conjunto com a coordenação, considerando histórico de vendas, resultados de auditorias anteriores e orçamento de vendas e aluguel variável;Acompanhar e apoiar a orientação dos estagiários de auditoria, contribuindo para a distribuição das atividades, acompanhamento da rotina e feedbacks, em conjunto com a coordenação;Elaborar, atualizar e validar relatórios gerenciais e comerciais, incluindo Mapa de Vendas, SSS/SSR, RMD, Mix x ABL, prestação de contas, custos, orçamento e demais relatórios utilizados nas reuniões gerenciais;Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de contratos, renovatórias e distratos, realizando o encaminhamento de documentos ao Jurídico, acompanhamento de assinaturas e demais controles necessários;Emitir e acompanhar notificações comerciais, contribuindo para a adequação dos lojistas às normas, padrões e condições estabelecidas pelo shopping;Manter organizados e atualizados os arquivos e documentos dos lojistas, incluindo contratos, garantias, fiadores, cessões, renovatórias e demais documentos pertinentes;Controlar e atualizar informações comerciais e operacionais, como Mix/ABL, novos contratos, distratos, garantias, descontos e concessões realizadas pelo shopping;Acompanhar o orçamento anual de vendas e aluguel variável, contribuindo para o monitoramento dos resultados e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria;Apoiar a realização de reuniões e comitês gerenciais, preparando informações, relatórios e apresentações relacionadas aos resultados de auditoria, vendas e desempenho comercial;Acompanhar os custos da área de auditoria, comparando resultados com orçamento e planejamento, buscando oportunidades de otimização e redução de despesas;Realizar e/ou apoiar a validação de contratos, sistema e faturamento, garantindo a consistência das informações e identificando eventuais divergências;Elaborar e atualizar documentos e controles da área, como Ata Sumário, questionário ABRASCE, relatórios comerciais e demais materiais de acompanhamento;Efetuar outras atividades relacionadas à função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento avançado em Excel e pacote Office.Informações adicionais🍽️ Vale-Refeição;🚌 Vale-Transporte;🏥 Assistência Médica;🦷 Assistência Odontológica;🛡️ Seguro de Vida;🏋️‍♂️ TotalPass;🏊🏻‍♀️ SESC;💰 PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados);🎂 Day off de Aniversário.
