Valorizamos diversidade, alta performance e responsabilidade por resultado.Venha fazer parte do Time que transforma.Responsabilidades e atribuições Projetar, desenvolver e manter uma plataforma de IA conversacional multi-agente.Arquitetar fluxos e máquinas de estado utilizando LangGraph.Desenvolver e evoluir o sistema declarativo de políticas da plataforma.Implementar a classificação híbrida de intenções, combinando regras determinísticas e LLMs.Garantir a resiliência das integrações com LLMs e APIs, aplicando estratégias como retry com backoff exponencial e circuit breakers.Dar continuidade aos projetos do Assistente de IA, contribuindo para a evolução da plataforma.Atuar em colaboração com o time de desenvolvimento na discussão e definição de soluções técnicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo.Experiência com Python e FastAPI, incluindo programação assíncrona e Pydantic v2.Conhecimento em LangChain e LangGraph (StateGraph), tool calling e prompt engineering avançado.Experiência no desenvolvimento de soluções de IA conversacional.Conhecimento em PostgreSQL, integração de APIs e HTTP.Vivência com n8n para automação de fluxos.Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA integradas à IDE no dia a dia de desenvolvimento.Comunicação clara e objetiva para discutir problemas e soluções técnicas.Diferenciais: Experiência com orquestração multi-agente. Experiência com classificação híbrida de intenções (determinística + LLM). Vivência com sistemas de políticas declarativos. Experiência com Laya e/ou jev.
