Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Backoffice I para integrar nosso time e atuar no acompanhamento e tratamento de demandas, contribuindo para a resolução ágil e eficiente de problemas.Essa posição terá contato com áreas internas, clientes, parceiros e prestadores de serviços, sendo responsável por acompanhar os processos de ponta a ponta, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade das tratativas e uma boa experiência para o cliente.Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, analítica, comunicativa e proativa, com foco em resolução de problemas e facilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e analisar demandas encaminhadas por e-mail, identificando a necessidade e direcionando a melhor solução;Investigar problemas, realizar as tratativas necessárias e solucionar as demandas dentro dos procedimentos e prazos estabelecidos;Direcionar os casos para as áreas internas responsáveis, clientes contratuais, parceiros ou prestadores de serviços, quando necessário;Interagir com diferentes áreas e stakeholders, buscando informações e alternativas para a resolução dos casos;Acompanhar diariamente as demandas pendentes nas ferramentas de controle;Realizar follow-up com as áreas envolvidas, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a evolução dos processos;Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações relacionadas às demandas, garantindo a rastreabilidade das tratativas;Acompanhar os processos até sua conclusão, assegurando que todas as providências necessárias tenham sido realizadas;Contatar clientes por e-mail ou telefone para comunicar a conclusão das solicitações;Confirmar com o cliente a resolução do caso, identificando eventuais pendências ou dúvidas antes do encerramento;Atuar com foco nas metas de produtividade, qualidade e satisfação do cliente

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Perfil analítico e facilidade para identificar e solucionar problemas;Capacidade de acompanhar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;Proatividade e senso de urgência;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interagir com diferentes áreas;Conhecimento básico em ferramentas do pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Outlook;Comprometimento com prazos, qualidade e cumprimento de processos;Desejável experiência anterior em Backoffice, atendimento ao cliente, suporte, operações ou áreas administrativas.
