Se você tem um perfil dinâmico, gosta de trabalhar em ambientes que exigem agilidade e adaptação constante, e é motivado por resultados, venha fazer parte de nossa equipe!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProjetar, desenvolver e otimizar queries altamente complexas em SQL Server, garantindo máxima performance e escalabilidade;Criar, revisar e manter stored procedures, functions, triggers, views e packages, aplicando as melhores práticas de arquitetura e codificação;Liderar o desenho e modelagem de bancos de dados relacionais, definindo estruturas de tabelas, índices, relacionamentos e padrões de nomenclatura;Executar tuning avançado de queries, análise de planos de execução e otimizações para alto volume e alta concorrência;Definir e implementar estratégias avançadas de indexação, particionamento e distribuição de dados;Desenvolver scripts PL/SQL e automações para integração, migração e processamento de dados em larga escala;Projetar, implementar e gerenciar jobs e schedulers para rotinas críticas de processamento em lote;Garantir consistência, integridade, disponibilidade e segurança dos dados, incluindo gestão de permissões e auditorias;Criar e manter documentação técnica detalhada das soluções e processos implementados;Atuar como referência técnica para outros desenvolvedores, apoiando revisões de código e decisões de arquitetura de dados;Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com times de desenvolvimento, arquitetura e infraestrutura para garantir integração eficiente entre aplicações e bancos de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência avançada e comprovada com SQL Server em ambientes de missão crítica;Domínio de T-SQL e técnicas de otimização de código para alta performance;Sólido conhecimento em modelagem de dados relacional, normalização e práticas de governança de dados;Experiência consistente na criação e otimização de stored procedures, functions, triggers e views complexas;Expertise em tuning de performance, índices, particionamento e análise de gargalos de acesso a dados;Vivência com ETL, processamento massivo e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados;Conhecimento profundo de segurança de banco de dados, controle de acessos e proteção de dados sensíveis;Experiência com gerenciamento de transações e concorrência, aplicando padrões para alta disponibilidade;Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e análise de desempenho;Experiência com versionamento de scripts (Git, SVN, etc.).Diferenciais:Experiência com Azure SQL Database ou outras plataformas de nuvem;Conhecimento em Power BI, SSIS, SSRS e integração com soluções analíticas;Experiência com NoSQL, Big Data e Data Warehouse;Vivência em ambientes com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).Informações adicionaisVA/VR Flexível — R$ 858,00/mês;Plano de saúde SulAmérica (subsídio mensal de R$ 440,00 e sem coparticipação);Plano odontológico SulAmérica;Atendimento psicológico por meio da Psicologia Viva;Day Off no dia do aniversário + vale presente de R$ 100,00;Auxílio Cultura — R$ 50,00/mês;Seguro de vida Icatu;Wellhub (Gympass) para titular + dependentes.Parcerias e ConvêniosUniversidade Veiga de Almeida — graduação e pós-graduação;Open English — cursos de inglês e espanhol;Salão de Beleza conveniado — desconto em serviços;Movida — aluguel de veículos com condições especiais;Convênio com o SESC;Descontos com o Grupo de Hotéis Fazenda Montanhês.OutrosVale-transporte.
