Análise de parcerias e negociação com fornecedores, na busca por melhores taxas e práticas de mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar os processos de movimentação cadastral dos benefícios, acompanhando prazos e a correta manutenção.Realizar atendimento, sempre que necessário, aos colaboradores sanando dúvidas referentes aos benefícios e orientando sobre a correta utilização dos mesmos.Realizar a distribuição das verbas do pacote de benefícios do grupo executivo (previdência privada, plano de saúde, subsídio educação), de acordo com a escolha feita por cada gestor, quando da sua admissão ou promoção para cargo pertencente ao grupo executivo.Importar para a folha de pagamento os valores de utilização dos benefícios Ticket Plus, convênio farmácia e academia, creche e refeições das unidades externas, conferindo os relatórios e garantindo a efetividade dos descontos em folha.Responsável pela emissão de todas as notas fiscais de benefícios, garantindo o cumprimento da política e realizando o controle de pagamento até a liquidação da nota fiscal.Responsável pelo processo de cobrança do plano de saúde dos colaboradores afastados, realizando a emissão de boletos, acompanhamento dos pagamentos e conciliação da conta junto às contas a receber.Revisar e recomendar implantações de novos benefícios ou sugerir alterações.Realizar novas parcerias de convênios e controlar as atuais através de contratos e cumprimento dos acordos estabelecidos.Auditoria do benefício creche para autorização junto aos fornecedores da emissão das notas fiscais, validando beneficiários e elegibilidade (turno, idade, valores), realizando reembolso para os colaboradores das unidades externas. Tudo em alinhamento com o Supervisor de Benefícios e o Supervisor da Creche. Acompanhar o cronograma de atividades da área realizando as mesmas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Atuar em acordo com  a missão, os valores, a estratégia,  e  a cultura corporativa da AHMV,  de forma  ética, disciplinada, com qualidade nos processos e respeitando  as pessoas.Aplicar os requisitos da Política Ambiental e de Qualidade do AHMV, bem como todas as diretrizes institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade Básica: Superior completo em Administração ou áreas afins e excel intermediário.
