Responsabilidades e atribuições O seu desafio no SPC será:

Desenvolvimento de BI e Analytics-Desenvolver e evoluir dashboards, relatórios e análises estratégicas, especialmente para acompanhamento da performance comercial, transformando dados em insights claros e acionáveis para a tomada de decisão.Tratamento, integração e qualidade de dados-Realizar extração, tratamento, integração e análise de dados de diferentes fontes, utilizando SQL, Oracle, ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse e modelagem de dados, garantindo qualidade, acurácia, confiabilidade e performance das informações.KPIs e análises para o negócio-Apoiar a definição e acompanhamento de KPIs e métricas estratégicas, identificando tendências, desvios, comportamentos e oportunidades, em parceria com as áreas de Vendas, Inteligência de Mercado e demais áreas de negócio.Automação, Cloud e Inteligência Artificial-Desenvolver automações e soluções que reduzam atividades manuais e aumentem a eficiência das áreas, utilizando recursos de AWS, Inteligência Artificial e ferramentas como GitHub Copilot no Visual Studio como apoio ao desenvolvimento e à análise de dados.Inovação e evolução das soluções-Explorar e aplicar novas tecnologias e boas práticas de BI, Analytics, Cloud, automação e Inteligência Artificial, contribuindo para a evolução contínua das soluções e apresentando análises de forma clara e orientada aos objetivos do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara isso, buscamos alguém com- Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.- Experiência de 3 anos ou mais em Business Intelligence ou análise de dados, com atuação na construção de dashboards e análises, preferencialmente em Power BI.- Conhecimento de SQL, bancos de dados relacionais, ETL/ELT e modelagem de dados, incluindo conceitos de Data Warehouse.- Experiência no ciclo de demandas analíticas, desde o entendimento da necessidade até a investigação dos dados, desenvolvimento, validação e geração de insights para o negócio.- Boa comunicação, visão de negócio e afinidade com tecnologia, automação e Inteligência Artificial.-  Desejável conhecimento de prática de desenvolvimento seguro.Será um diferencial se você tiver:- Conhecimento em Oracle/PLSQL, Python e AWS/Cloud.- Experiência com tecnologias e plataformas de dados, como Redshift, RDS, Exadata, Databricks ou Informatica.- Conhecimento em outras ferramentas de BI, como Tableau, OBIEE ou OAS, e experiência com grandes volumes de dados.- Familiaridade com IA Generativa/GitHub Copilot e Power Automate, aplicados à automação de processos, dados e Analytics.- Conhecimento em Kimball/Inmon e Figma aplicado à estruturação e experiência de dashboards.
