Faça parte da transformação do mercado de transição energética!A Brasol é uma plataforma de transição energética que oferece uma carteira de soluções para empresas em todo o Brasil, gerando economias imediatas em custos de energia para nossos clientes.Estamos em busca de um (a) Analista de Billing, que terá como missão assegurar a gestão energético-financeira da carteira de ativos de Geração Distribuída, com forte atuação analítica sobre as tarifas das distribuidoras e os contratos de Autoconsumo Remoto, garantindo a precisão do faturamento, a integridade do balanço energético-financeiro e a conformidade dos contratos, de forma a mitigar riscos e maximizar o valor econômico dos ativos e dos clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnálise tarifária e financeira da gestão de energia: analisar as tarifas das distribuidoras — composição (TE e TUSD), reajustes e tributação incidente (ICMS, PIS/COFINS) — e seus impactos sobre o valor de compensação dos créditos e sobre o faturamento dos clientes; avaliar a economicidade dos contratos de Autoconsumo Remoto, acompanhando descontos contratados, regras de reajuste e o equilíbrio econômico-financeiro de cada carteira.Gestão de contratos e billing de alta precisão:administrar os contratos de energia de longo prazo e executar as rotinas críticas de faturamento técnico (billing), aplicando as regras de reajuste tarifário.Gestão energético-financeira: monitorar e conciliar os fluxos de energia injetada e compensada nas unidades consumidoras, com os dados contratuais financeiros. Validar o faturamento mensal e garantir a conformidade contratual.Interface corporativa: atuar como ponto focal nas tratativas técnicas e comerciais junto a clientes internos e o time comercial, assegurando a regularização contratual, a conformidade das medições e a resolução de problema diversos relacionados a operação do faturamento.Digitalização e melhoria contínua: idealizar e desenvolver rotinas analíticas automatizadas para padronização de bases de dados e relatórios gerenciais, eliminando controles manuais, mitigando riscos de falha e gerando ganho de escala.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenha:Graduação completa em Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Domínio da regulação de GD (REN nº 1.000/2021 e Lei nº 14.300/2022);Excel avançado e conhecimento em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à análise de dados e à produtividade.Conhecimento do modelo de contratos de Autoconsumo Remoto — estrutura comercial, regras de reajuste, desconto contratado e compensação de créditos;Análise de tarifas das distribuidoras, incluindo a composição (TE e TUSD) e a tributação incidente sobre as tarifas de energia (ex.: ICMS, PIS/COFINS);Vivência em gestão do balanço energético-financeiro e na conciliação de créditos de energia;Desenvolvimento de rotinas analíticas e dashboards (ex.: Power BI) aplicados à análise financeira e operacional.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Conhecimento intermediário em SQL e Python;Ferramentas de BI (Power BI) e vivência com SCADA/ferramentas de performance (ex.: PVsyst);Inglês técnico.Informações adicionaisO que esperar dessa experiência?Remuneração competitiva com o mercado;Cartão flexível para uso de vale alimentação ou refeição;Plano de saúde;Plano Odontológico;Day off de Aniversário;Seguro de vida;Horários flexíveis;Wellhub e Totalpass;Convênio com SESI e SENAI;Auxílio Creche;Parcerias com instituições de ensino;Oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional;Escritório Pet Friendly;Clima descontraído.Venha fazer parte do time Brasol!Nós crescemos juntos, porque pensamos e trabalhamos pelo sucesso comum.
