Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que te espera no dia a dia:Desenvolver fluxos de integração e tratamento de dados (ETL), garantindo qualidade, padronização e disponibilidade das informações para as áreas de negóci;Construir e evoluir dashboards executivos e operacionais utilizando ferramentas de Business Intelligence, apoiando o acompanhamento de indicadores estratégicos e de performance;Realizar extração, tratamento e análise de dados em bancos relacionais e não relacionais, apoiando demandas operacionais e estratégicas;Desenvolver relatórios automatizados e soluções analíticas para suporte à tomada de decisão;Participar da construção, manutenção e evolução de modelos de dados e estruturas analíticas;Atuar em ambiente ágil, participando de sprints, priorizações e iniciativas voltadas para diversos produtos e projetos da área;Apoiar a geração de insights e análises que contribuam para a evolução dos resultados do negócio;Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos alguém que:Pensa e age a partir das perspectivas dos clientes. Busca soluções inovadoras e sustentáveis, para criar vantagens competitivas para o negócio, equilibrando os interesses econômicos, ambientais e sociais. Para fazer parte do nosso time, é essencial: Residir em Rio de Janeiro;Graduação Completa em Estatística, Matemática, Física, Engenharia, Engenharia de Dados, Ciência da Computação e/ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em SQL, incluindo criação, análise e otimização de consultas em bancos relacionais;Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados como Tableau e/ou Power BI;Vivência com ferramentas de ETL, como Pentaho Data Integration, PowerCenter ou similares;Conhecimento em conceitos de Data Warehouse, modelagem e estruturação de dados;É diferencial:Cursos de especialização ou certificações em Business Intelligence, Engenharia de Dados ou Ciência de Dados;Conhecimento em AWS, incluindo serviços como S3, EC2, RDS, Glue e Athena;Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão e versionamento, como Jira e Git;Conhecimento em linguagens de programação e automação de dados, como Python e Pandas;Informações adicionaisNa Claro, pessoas é um dos nossos valores.
