Estamos ansiosos aguardando sua chegada! 🚀💜Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como parceiro da liderança na definição e implementação de estratégias de pessoas alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio;Construir relações de confiança com gestores, apoiando decisões relacionadas à estrutura, talentos, performance e desenvolvimento organizacional;Antecipar necessidades do negócio propondo ações preventivas e soluções sustentáveis;Influenciar decisões por meio de análises, diagnósticos e recomendações baseadas em evidências;Identificar oportunidades e riscos relacionados à estrutura organizacional, clima, cultura, liderança e engajamento;Conduzir os principais ciclos de Gestão de Pessoas, incluindo desempenho, sucessão, desenvolvimento, carreira e movimentações internas;Apoiar gestores na construção de equipes de alta performance e no desenvolvimento de talentos;Acompanhar planos de desenvolvimento individual e iniciativas voltadas à evolução das lideranças;Facilitar a comunicação entre RH e negócio, garantindo alinhamento das estratégias corporativas às necessidades das áreas clientes;Promover práticas que reforcem engajamento, colaboração e protagonismo das equipes;Construir análises e planos de ação junto às lideranças para apoiar a tomada de decisão;Utilizar dados para avaliar a efetividade das iniciativas de RH e orientar ações estratégicas;Atuar como parceiro consultivo das lideranças em temas relacionados às relações trabalhistas, orientando decisões alinhadas à legislação vigente, às políticas internas e às melhores práticas de gestão de pessoas;Apoiar gestores na condução de situações sensíveis, como medidas disciplinares, desligamentos, conflitos, movimentações internas e demais temas relacionados às relações de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial;Experiência sólida como HR Business Partner ou em posições consultivas de Recursos Humanos;Vivência em Desenvolvimento Organizacional, Gestão de Performance, Gestão de Talentos e Gestão da Mudança;Vivência atuando diretamente com lideranças em ambientes de média ou alta complexidade;Conhecimento em indicadores de RH e People Analytics.
