Em cada município onde atua, leva mais saúde e qualidade de vida para a população, respeitando sempre o meio ambiente e a cultura local.Programa Respeito dá o TomO programa nasceu com a meta de espelhar a demografia da população brasileira no quadro de funcionários da empresa. Em 2022 a Aegea emitiu um título sustentável atrelado a metas que incluem alcançar 45% de mulheres e 27% de negros em cargos de liderança até 2030, sendo pioneira em se comprometer com meta de diversidade racial em cargos de liderança.A Aegea tem o compromisso com a promoção de um ambiente de trabalho mais igualitário, diverso e inclusivo, e estimula o respeito e a valorização das diferenças.Aqui, todos os candidatos qualificados serão considerados no processo seletivo, independentemente de raça, gênero, orientação sexual, religião, naturalidade, nacionalidade, deficiência, idade ou outras características.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManter e atualizar o cadastro técnico dos sistemas de biogás, incluindo poços, drenos, coletores, válvulas, flares, sopradores, motogeradores e instrumentação associada. Manter e atualizar o cadastro técnico do sistema de chorume, abrangendo drenos, caixas, lagoas, ETEs, bombas, tubulações, válvulas e instrumentos. Gerir o cadastro técnico dos ativos elétricos e mecânicos, incluindo subestações, painéis, motores, bombas, compressores e equipamentos auxiliares, com hierarquia adequada para manutenção. Controlar, revisar e manter atualizados os as-builts da implantação e das expansões do aterro, assegurando aderência entre projeto, execução e cadastro corporativo. Atualizar e consolidar os dados topográficos do aterro, incluindo cotas, volumes, áreas ocupadas e evolução do maciço. Registrar, acompanhar e analisar as velocidades de movimentação dos marcos topográficos do maciço, garantindo rastreabilidade histórica e suporte à avaliação de estabilidade e segurança operacional. Integrar informações topográficas e geotécnicas ao cadastro técnico, permitindo correlação entre evolução do maciço, sistemas instalados e ativos de operação. Integrar o cadastro técnico aos sistemas de manutenção e gestão de ativos, garantindo consistência entre ativos, localizações técnicas e planos de manutenção. Atuar como guardião da governança do cadastro técnico, definindo padrões, critérios de atualização, versionamento e qualidade da informação. Requisitos e qualificações Escolaridade Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia de Agrimensura/Cartográfica, Geologia ou áreas correlatas.

Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Ativos, Engenharia de Manutenção, Geotecnia, Topografia, Saneamento ou áreas correlatas. Requisitos e qualificações Experiência com cadastro técnico de ativos e equipamentos, preferencialmente em operações industriais, saneamento, resíduos, aterros sanitários ou infraestrutura.

Conhecimento em gestão de ativos, manutenção e organização de hierarquias de equipamentos e localizações técnicas.

Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos de engenharia, desenhos técnicos e documentos as-buil Conhecimento dos sistemas e componentes de biogás e chorume, incluindo bombas, tubulações, válvulas, drenos, lagoas, ETEs, flares, sopradores e instrumentação.

Conhecimento básico/intermediário de sistemas elétricos e mecânicos, incluindo motores, bombas, painéis, subestações e equipamentos auxiliares.

Experiência com controle de documentos técnicos, versionamento e gestão da informação. Desejável experiência com GIS/SIG, sistemas de gestão de ativos ou softwares de manutenção (CMMS).

Domínio de Excel, para consolidação, tratamento e análise de dados.

Capacidade de análise e correlação de informações topográficas, geotécnicas, operacionais e de ativos. Perfil organizado, analítico e criterioso, com forte atenção à qualidade, rastreabilidade e consistência dos dados.
