E em 2023, iniciamos a operação América do Sul, com nossa primeira sede no Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, calibrar, integrar, validar e liberar transmissões automáticas e automatizadas em veículos comerciais, assegurando funcionalidade, segurança, performance, consumo de combustível, dirigibilidade, durabilidade, diagnóstico e correta integração eletrônica com os demais sistemas veiculares. Atuar desde a integração da TCU com demais módulos eletronicos do veículo, análise de dados CAN, validação de CanMatrix, aplicação do protocolo SAE J1939, simulações de rede, testes veiculares, documentação técnica, diagnóstico de falhas e suporte à liberação de funções e calibrações da transmissão.Desenvolver calibrações, parametrizações e funções de transmissões automáticas e automatizadas com foco em funcionalidade, segurança, performance, dirigibilidade, consumo e robustez.Integrar a TCU aos demais módulos eletrônicos do veículo e demais unidades de controle, assegurando comunicação e funcionamento corretos.Aquisitar, tratar e analisar dados veiculares via CAN para avaliar estratégias de troca, performance, dirigibilidade, consumo, diagnóstico e comportamento dinâmico.Calibrar funções e integrações da transmissão ao veículo utilizando CANalyzer, ControlDesk e ferramentas correlatasValidar CanMatrix, DBC, sinais e mensagens entre fornecedores e VWCO, assegurando conformidade com SAE J1939 e demais requisitos de comunicação.Simular integrações em rede CAN/CAN-FD e diagnosticar inconsistências de arquitetura eletrônica, implementação de funções ou mensagens entre módulos.Planejar, executar e acompanhar testes de desenvolvimento, aplicação, certificação e validação funcional, emitindo relatórios e evidências de liberação.Avaliar a influência da transmissão e de sua calibração na performance, no consumo, na dirigibilidade, no conforto e no comportamento geral do veículo.Diagnosticar falhas e conduzir análise de causa raiz, propondo soluções de calibração, parametrização, integração ou comunicação.Estudar novas arquiteturas eletrônicas, novos módulos, funções e tecnologias de transmissão demandadas pelos programas e clientes.Realizar benchmarking de veículos concorrentes para balizar estratégias de troca, funcionalidades, performance, consumo e dirigibilidade.Suportar fornecedores e áreas internas na solução de problemas, maturidade das funções, validação e liberação de software/calibração da transmissão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Engenharia Mecânica, Automobilística, Mecatrônica, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Produção ou áreas correlatas.Outras especializações:Desejável em Engenharia Automotiva, Powertrain, Transmissões, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Gestão de Projetos ou Negócios.Calibração de transmissões, transmissões automáticas/automatizadas, CAN/CAN-FD, SAE J1939, ControlDesk, CANalyzer/CANape, INCA, MDA, UNIPLOT, arquitetura eletrônica, diagnóstico e HIL.Idioma:Inglês AvançadoInformações adicionaisTrata-se de uma oportunidade CLT, com atuação no modelo presencial em Resende/RJBenefícios:• Plano de Saúde Sulamerica• Plano Odontológico Sulamerica• Vale Refeição• Vale Alimentação• Auxílio Creche• Programa Bem-Estar• Previdência Privada• Seguro de Vida• PLR
