Desde 2023, expandimos nossa atuação para a América do Sul, com sede no Brasil, fortalecendo nossa presença regional e ampliando continuamente nosso time.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Campo Pl I para atuar no suporte técnico à Rede de Concessionários, realizando o atendimento de chamados relacionados a falhas em veículos. O profissional será responsável por apoiar diagnósticos técnicos, analisar dados e indicadores, monitorar ocorrências, realizar atendimentos in loco quando necessário e elaborar relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento da performance e qualidade dos serviços prestados. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:• Ouvir as queixas e reclamações dos clientes para identificar os problemas específicos com os veículos, procurando traduzir em aspectos técnicos, a subjetividade verbalizada;• Realizar análise detalhada dos veículos para identificar a causa dos problemas relatados;• Utilizar ferramentas e equipamentos de diagnóstico para obter informações precisas sobre o estado do veículo;• Fornecer estimativas de custo e tempo para a resolução dos problemas;• Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipe de mecânicos e técnicos para garantir que os problemas sejam resolvidos de maneira eficiente e eficaz;• Explicar de forma clara e compreensível aos clientes, os problemas identificados e as possíveis soluções;• Acompanhar o progresso das reparações e manter o cliente informado sobre o status;• Coletar informações dos clientes para identificar potenciais de melhoria de produto, atendimento e serviços oferecidos;• Orientar os clientes que claramente usam o veículo em condições de uso severo, sobre o programa de manutenções e cuidados adicionais, evitando a perda de garantia por uso inadequado.• Registrar todas as interações e soluções propostas para referência futura;• Atender reuniões solicitadas pela VW para entendimento de aspectos adversos relacionados à algum tipo de problema relatado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:• Curso superior ou técnico nas áreas de Engenharia ou Tecnologia;• Sólidos conhecimentos sobre diagnóstico e reparação veicular;• Experiência como Analista de Campo, preferencialmente em veículos Volkswagen;• Domínio sobre o pacote Office;• Desejável conhecimento sobre os sistemas de serviços da Volkswagen (de suporte técnico, literatura, garantia, peças, entre outros);• Desejável inglês intermediário a avançado.Informações adicionaisCondições:• Mandatório disponibilidade total para viagens, atuação de suporte técnico em região geográfica definida;• Mandatório realização de treinamentos específico para a execução das atividades de suporte técnico in loco;• Modelo presencial, atuação em concessionárias VWdB.
