Estamos em busca de profissionais bilíngues (português/inglês) para atuar no atendimento dos nossos canais de denúncias e emergências, desempenhando um papel essencial na escuta, acolhimento e direcionamento de demandas sensíveis.A posição é híbrida, com base em nosso escritório em Alphaville – Barueri/SP, no formato 3 dias presenciais e 2 dias em home office.O Canal de Denúncias é um serviço que funciona 24 horas por dia, durante os 7 dias da semana, o que garante o melhor atendimento e a total disponibilidade para os nossos clientes.
