Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConsolidar KPIs, monitorar o desempenho por região e categoria, e conduzir rotinas mensais de acompanhamento de resultados.Preparar análises, business cases e recomendações estratégicas para apoiar a tomada de decisão e os fóruns de governança regional.Gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos produtos, garantindo competitividade, alinhamento estratégico e identificando oportunidades de otimização ou expansão do portfólio.Desenvolver e otimizar processos de produtos, liderando testes e validações para garantir qualidade e conformidade.Liderar lançamentos de produtos e projetos multifuncionais em coordenação com áreas internas e parceiros.Apoiar Marketing, Comunicação, Trade Marketing e Precificação com estudos de mercado e análises competitivas.Atuar como ponto focal para o alinhamento de informações entre países, apoiando iniciativas de harmonização e fornecendo insights para as equipes de vendas e operações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em áreas correlatas com a função (Engenharias, Marketing, Administração etc.);Experiência na área/posição;Experiência em processos de lançamento de produtos, incluindo a elaboração de business cases (precificação, margens e potencial de volume), bem como o desenvolvimento de materiais técnicos e comerciais;Experiência na condução de projetos multifuncionais;Experiência prévia com lubrificantes ou outros produtos técnicos;Excel avançado;Power Point intermediário;Inglês avançado;Experiência com análise de dados.
