Estamos em pleno crescimento e expansão, então VAMOS CRESCER JUNTOS?A função de Analista de Cibersegurança tem como objetivo garantir a segurança e a auditabilidade do ambiente de TI, atuando estrategicamente em segurança da informação e gestão de acessos e identidades (IAM), identificando e mitigando riscos preventivamente, mantendo o controle rigoroso de permissões, análise de dados e executando a governança de segurança sobre os ativos de TI.Responsabilidades e atribuições Aplicar e acompanhar o cumprimento das políticas de segurança da informação (senhas, MFA, proteção de endpoints, backups e aplicação de patches/atualizações);Atuar na resposta a incidentes de segurança, englobando a identificação, contenção, documentação e proposição de ações para evitar recorrências;Garantir que a lista de computadores e sistemas da empresa esteja sempre atualizada, assegurando que todos os equipamentos recebam as ferramentas de proteção necessárias e possam ser identificados rapidamente em caso de problemas de segurança;Gerenciar o ciclo de vida de acessos (concessão, revisão periódica e revogação) nos processos de admissão, movimentação interna e desligamento de colaboradores e terceiros;Aplicar o princípio do menor privilégio e manter trilhas de auditoria para controle e rastreabilidade dos acessos;Administrar o diretório de usuários, grupos e políticas de segurança (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID e GPOs);Garantir a revogação tempestiva de acessos nos processos de desligamento e movimentação de pessoal;Condicionar a concessão e a manutenção de acessos à formalização prévia dos termos de responsabilidade e conformidade (alinhados a RH, Jurídico e LGPD).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de InstruçãoSuperior em Engenha de Software, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins.Competências Desejadas Experiência em Segurança da Informação, Gestão de Acessos Acessos (IAM) e administração de diretórios de identidade (Active Directory / Entra ID).Redes (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall).Sistemas Operacionais (Windows, Linux).Gestão de Identidade de Acessos.Active Directory / Entra ID / GPO.Gestão de Vulnerabilidades.Gestão de Ativos.Automação IT.Pensamento crítico e investigativo;Atenção aos detalhes;
