Atua integrando aspectos técnicos e de negócio para otimizar performance, custo e segurança do ambiente, orientando times de desenvolvedores, refinando tecnicamente necessidades e planos de desenvolvimento, além de compreender as demandas de negócio para antecipar as evoluções tecnológicas necessárias, garantindo conformidade com melhores práticas e normativas vigentes.Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹Atuar na manutenção, planejamento e execução de evoluções na plataforma analítica de dados baseada na arquitetura DataLakehouse, utilizando tecnologias como Azure Data Factory, Datalake Gen2, Synapse Analytics, Databricks e Azure ML. Ser responsável pela governança de dados e IA, alinhando políticas internas à conformidade com legislações e frameworks como LGPD, AI ACT, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF e PL 2338/2023 (Brasil).🔹Monitorar performance, custo e ciclo de vida das soluções implantadas, propondo melhorias contínuas que assegurem eficiência e segurança no ambiente de dados. 🔹Desenvolver, revisar e manter frameworks, guias e políticas de desenvolvimento e governança, consolidando processos de gestão de acessos e controle de dados críticos, apoiando a inteligência artificial responsável e o compliance regulatório.🔹Orientar tecnicamente times de desenvolvedores, refinando necessidades e planos de desenvolvimento para garantir entregas alinhadas às melhores práticas. 🔹Compreender profundamente as necessidades das áreas de negócio para prever e planejar as evoluções tecnológicas necessárias que suportem a estratégia corporativa.🔹Atuar de forma colaborativa, capacitando áreas de negócio e tecnologia na adoção das melhores práticas de governança de dados e IA, garantindo integração efetiva entre times multidisciplinares.
