Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO principal objetivo do analista de cloud é evoluir e manter produtos de software em ambiente de cloud publica ou privada. Também fazem parte das atribuições, desenvolver ferramentas e modelos de observabilidade, melhoria de performance e segurança das aplicações.Principais atividades:Responsável por suporte e monitoramento dos recursos, segurança e billing dos ambientes em Cloud;Dimensionar e provisionar ambientes e recursos para alocação dos sistemas;Instalar/Atualizar e dar suporte a serviços de banco de dados, redes virtuais, e sistemas;Diagnosticar, solucionar e documentar problemas;Executar procedimentos de migração de ambientes para novas estruturas;Monitorar e dar suporte a sistemas de banco de dados, servidores, máquinas virtuais, redes, redes virtuais e sistemas hospedados;Orientar usuários, áreas de negócio e de apoio frente à dúvidas relacionados a tecnologia da informação e comunicação;Desenvolver propostas de ferramentas e modelos de ambientes para produtos existentes ou novos produtos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Graduação em Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins;Experiência em arquitetura de Cloud publica e/ou privada (Azure, AWS, OCI e GCP);Experiência em administração de Bancos de dados como serviço;Conhecimento em automação de infraestrutura (ex: Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, CloudFormation, bash scripting);Conhecimento em tecnologias para Cloud: Docker, Kubernets, Openshift, AKS e afins;Conhecimento em tecnologias e ferramentas para observabilidade de ambientes e sistemasConhecimento avançado nos sistemas operacionais Windows Server e Linux (Administração e troubleshooting);Gerenciamento de Custos e Otimização em infraestrutura Cloud;Conhecimento em normas de segurança e regulamentação LGPD e ISO 27001 serão um diferencial;Certificação ITIL ou Cobit será um diferencial;Habilidades:ProatividadeResiliência sob pressãoCapacidade de resolver problemas complexos;Comunicação Clara e Eficiente: Habilidade para traduzir conceitos técnicos complexos para públicos não técnicos e stakeholders;Adaptabilidade e Aprendizado Contínuo: Capacidade de acompanhar e implementar novas tendências tecnológicas;Gestão de Tempo e Priorização: Organização para lidar com múltiplos projetos e demandas simultaneamente;Metodologias e ferramentas:CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure Pipelines, etc;GitHub;Metodologias Ágeis;ITIL;Cobit;Azure DevOps.
