Realizar cobrança ativa de clientes por telefone, e-mail e demais canais de comunicação. Acompanhar e negociar títulos em aberto, buscando a redução da inadimplência e a recuperação dos valores em atraso. Monitorar a carteira de recebíveis e atuar preventivamente em títulos próximos ao vencimento. Analisar títulos em atraso, identificando a causa da pendência e conduzindo as tratativas necessárias para regularização. Atuar junto às áreas de Comercial, Faturamento e Financeiro na resolução de divergências que impactem o recebimento. Acompanhar indicadores da área de cobrança, como aging, inadimplência, recuperação e recebimentos. Apoiar a análise e atualização da Provisão para Devedores Duvidosos (PDD). Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios da área de cobrança. Realizar conciliações e análises de baixas financeiras quando necessário. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, contribuindo para o ganho de eficiência e redução da inadimplência.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino superior completo ou cursando Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas. Experiência anterior em cobrança corporativa. Conhecimento de indicadores financeiros e de cobrança. Experiência com acompanhamento de inadimplência e recuperação de crédito. Conhecimento em PDD (Provisão para Devedores Duvidosos). Excel intermediário/avançado. Boa capacidade analítica. Organização e gestão de prioridades. Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento em Power BI. Experiência com SAP, principalmente em processos financeiros. Experiência com grandes volumes de carteira. Conhecimento em automação de relatórios e indicadores.
