Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Cobrança com perfil analítico, habilidade de negociação e visão comercial para integrar nossa equipe financeira. Procuramos um profissional experiente, capaz de atuar de maneira estratégica na recuperação de recebíveis, conduzindo negociações com clientes, identificando oportunidades de regularização financeira e contribuindo para a redução da inadimplência.O conhecimento do mercado de saúde, especialmente das relações comerciais com hospitais, clínicas e do segmento de Órteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais (OPME), será um diferencial importante para compreender as particularidades dos processos de faturamento, pagamento e cobrança.Se você possui experiência em cobrança, facilidade para construir relacionamentos comerciais e gosta de transformar análises em resultados, queremos conhecer você!Venha fazer parte da nossa empresa! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir negociações de cobrança com hospitais, clínicas e demais clientes, buscando a recuperação de valores em aberto e a regularização de pendências financeiras.Gerenciar e acompanhar a carteira de contas a receber, identificando riscos, priorizando títulos vencidos e atuando preventivamente para reduzir a inadimplência.Desenvolver estratégias de cobrança e negociação conforme o perfil do cliente, histórico de pagamento e características da operação.Identificar os motivos de inadimplência e atuar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Faturamento e demais setores envolvidos para solucionar pendências.Negociar prazos e condições de regularização financeira, respeitando as políticas e os limites de aprovação da empresa.Realizar a conciliação de contas a receber, garantindo a consistência das informações financeiras.Acompanhar indicadores de cobrança, como inadimplência, recuperação de recebíveis e evolução da carteira, elaborando relatórios para apoiar a gestão.Manter atualizados os registros de cobrança, acordos, negociações e compromissos de pagamento nos sistemas da empresa.Acompanhar pendências documentais, devoluções, comprovantes de entrega e demais situações que possam impactar o recebimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 2 anos em crédito e cobrança, contas a receber ou atividades diretamente relacionadas à recuperação de recebíveis.Experiência na condução de negociações financeiras com clientes corporativos (B2B).Conhecimento de rotinas de contas a receber, conciliação financeira e acompanhamento de inadimplência.Domínio de Excel para análise de dados, controle de carteira e elaboração de relatórios.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de conduzir negociações e lidar com situações de conflito.Será considerado diferencialExperiência em cobrança no segmento de saúde, especialmente junto a hospitais, clínicas e distribuidores de materiais médico-hospitalares.Conhecimento do mercado de OPME e das particularidades dos processos de faturamento e recebimento hospitalar.Familiaridade com processos de glosas, devoluções, divergências de faturamento e pendências documentais.Experiência na gestão de carteiras de cobrança de maior complexidade e na negociação com diferentes perfis de clientes.Informações adicionaisVale alimentação e Vale transporte pagos em cartão multibenefício;Plano de Saúde: (coparticipativo);Plano Odontológico: Bradesco (Opcional);Seguro de Vida;Treinamentos sem custo;Plano de Cargos e Salários;Crédito educativo (após 1 ano de empresa);Day Off;Total Pass;Cesta Natalidade.
