Valorizamos a diversidade e acreditamos que todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a gestão da inadimplência, perda, juros e renegociações da DPaschoal, realizando acompanhamento via indicadores de inadimplência e realizando plano de ação para os maiores inadimplentes.Administrar a régua de negativação e a efetivação das negativações em Órgãos de Proteção, por meio do processamento e conferência das remessas e retorno dos arquivos de SERASA, SCPC e Cartório.Conduzir e acompanhar as ações judiciais, solicitando e analisando documentação para envio ao departamento jurídico.Orientar o PDV (ponto de venda) nos procedimentos de cobrança dos clientes das filiais, sendo apoio e responsável pela recuperação de créditoElaborar materiais de treinamento para as filiais, capacitando os colaboradores para executarem as funções relativas a cobrança.Acompanhar e conferir os resultados da cobrança terceirizada, bem como viabilizar os pagamentos de contratos centralizados.Realizar a cobrança e conciliação dos pagamentos dos contratos de fornecimento, bem como intermediar ações junto a área financeira.Acompanhar funcionários inadimplentes por meio de relatórios e enviar para cobrança em folha de pagamento.Atender com cordialidade e técnica as filiais para suporte e dúvidas referente a cobrança.Desenvolver estratégias de cobrança, por meio da análise e desenvolvimento de campanhas de cobrança.Visitar os PDV (pontos de vendas) e clientes inadimplentes, quando necessário, buscando a recuperação de crédito.Desenvolver e garantir a execução da política de cobrança da DPaschoal, buscando alcançar as metas estabelecidas pela cia.Assegurar que a sua área de trabalho seja limpa, segura e organizada.
