Coordenar o processo de importação dos produtos aprovados, encaminhando os pedidos de compras e controlando o embarque, desde a contratação do frete até a retirada dos produtos no porto. Conferir, organizar e analisar os documentos do embarque enviados pelo fornecedor, providenciando as correções a fim de garantir a exatidão das informações e prevenir a retenção dos produtos junto à alfândega. Providenciar o fechamento de câmbio e reserva de embarque; Coordenar o processo para pagamento dos fornecedores externos, preparando a documentação e encaminhando para o pagamento via fechamento de câmbio.Coordenar e controlar os serviços de despachantes, conferindo os dados da Declaração de Importação, cálculos de impostos, as guias de recolhimento, nota fiscal de entrada, relatório de seguros (SIREDA), procurações e outros documentos para o desembaraço e retirada dos produtos. Coordenar o transporte dos produtos internamente, controlando a retirada e entrega dos containers, bem como os prazos negociados (Demurrage). Elaborar relatório de despesas de importação por produtos (NCM) encaminhando para a área de custos. Coordenar o processo de exportação de produtos, organizando e analisando os pedidos de venda, classificando os produtos (NCM), liberando o pedido para a área de faturamento e providenciando os documentos necessários (Fatura Comercial, Packing List, Minuta de despacho, etiquetas, certificado de origem, certificado de fumigação e outros) Confecção e emissão dos certificados de origem (Mercosul, ACE-18, ACE-59, PTR-04, ACE-02, Simples, Form A); Coordenar o processo de transporte e entrega para o frete dos produtos vendidos, acompanhando a estufagem dos containers;Elaborar relatório de despesas de exportação por embarques, conferindo os dados das faturas e encaminhando para a área financeira.
