Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar necessidade de compras junto ao PCP-M / Comercial.Atuar junto ao agente/fornecedor enviando pedido de compra e acompanhar andamento da produção. (Importação)Coordenar embarque junto ao agente/fornecedor e prestador de serviços.Coordenar fechamento de câmbio e envio de comissão de agentes junto ao financeiro.Coordenar com financeiro Herc, liberação de numerário para pagamento de despesas portuárias, fretes, seguros e demais despesas para posterior prestação de contas.Coordenar e acompanhar a liberação da carga em aduana e o recebimento na empresa.Lançar pedido de compra, processo de importação, emissão de Danfe e registro de entrada dos produtos no sistema ERP da empresa.Realizar outras atividades de mesma natureza e complexidade, por ordem superior ou por necessidade do trabalho, procurando otimizar o processo.Buscar constante atualização profissional e tecnológica, quanto à técnicas e legislação referente à área.Elaborar propostas comerciais, de acordo com a política de comercialização da unidade.Atuar junto ao cliente enviando pedido de venda e acompanhar andamento da produção/entrega. (Exportação)Coordenar embarque junto ao agente/cliente e prestador de serviços com relação a negociação e fechamento de fretes multimodais internacionais e emissão de documentosEmitir pedido de venda no ERP.Solicitar a separação do pedido para a logística e emissão do DANFE para o comercial. (Exportação)Participar de reuniões relacionadas a projetos que envolvam novos produtos importados, interagindo com áreas de Produção, Marketing , Comercial e Engenharia.
